I will start by stating that my review may be skewed as a result of paying a second time for labor as a result of my AO Smith water heater failing in less than 5 years. And if $400 per hour is reasonable for you, then these guys are a great choice. I just felt the rate was extremely high @ $1200 for 3 hours of labor. I was in a rush so hunting for service was not part of my plan. I thought $175 per hour for having my sprinkler system serviced earlier in the week was crazy until I found my water heater leaking on Wednesday LOL!

The positives are;
Received a visit next day at 11a
Replacement water heater was installed by 3p same day
Area was cleaned and no other issues related to hauling out old or new into house

The cons;
Expensive
charge for using credit card
Not BD issue, but warranty does not reset (but that's a different review for AO Smith)

Incredible team of hard-working, diligent, responsible and professional individuals consisting of a father and his two sons. We had a very complicated, persistent, aggravating problem requiring the work of a specialized plumbing contractor concerning a problem with our home's drainage system . The work performed by this team of individuals was top notch, on time and the price was incredibly reasonable. I cannot compliment this company enough! Bill, Dave, and Mike are all top notch employees.
They are masters of their craft and figured out a very difficult plumbing renovation in our kitchen. They were quick and meticulous. All are very professional. They made our dream kitchen a reality with assisting in moving the plumbing from a very challenging area.

Very good quailty materials. The job was done with a high degree of craftsmenship. Both young men were respectful, kind and polite. They were very informative about the pump and showed me the pump and shared with me how it worked before installing it. I called on Saturday and they came on Monday morning. Can't go wrong with a father, son team. They were able to schedule me in within 24 hours. Once here, they were able to diagnose the problem on my sink and got it fixed within an hour. I would definitely them to anyone

These guys did a fantastic job for us. In the middle of the night on a weekend both our sump pump and our emergency backup died. They came out after working all night and installed a new sump pump and didn't overcharge especially considering we called them after 12am. They even came back the next day to make sure everything was working like it was supposed to. Highly recommend them!

Dave and his dad did a awesome job. I was finishing my basement n had the bathroom to do last- a buddy if mine gave me his card and its been great ever since. They installed my new tub toilet and vanity sink. Everything was done a day before the deadline i needed- phenominal work and an even better price. Cant say thanks enough!
