Ross C.I experienced annoyed with BC&P's service. The technician was greater than two hours late and failed to inform us before the appointment time had passed.
After he suggested a new time, it was set a full week out. He stated the visit shortly before and said he would come immediately after church, but this turned out to be untrue because when he called he was wrapping up another job and certainly not on his way from church.
He was very disrespectful about being late and he was the one responsible for the delay. No other factors made him late.
He did not look over the notes prior to his visit, which led to inefficiencies and necessitated more trips. I do not advise spending your time or money on BC&P. The amount of time wasted and the missed work due to this delay could have almost paid for a new appliance.
I cannot endorse using this service if a lack of respect for your schedule.
