Ross C.Was more than 2 hours late and didn't let us know he would he late til the appointment starting tome had already passed. When he offered a reschedule it was over a full week out. He confirmed the appointment a few days prior and told us he was coming right after church, but ended up being a lie because when he called us he was ""wrapping up another job"" and not at all coming from church. He was extremely rude when he ended up being late and he was the one responsible for being late. No one else made him late. He didn't read the notes prior to coming out so wasted time and required extra trips. I would not recommend your time or money goes to this company. The amount of time wasted and hours missed at work just for this guy to be hours late could have nearly bought another appliance brand new. I would not recommend using this service unless you don't mind people blatantly disrespecting your time.
