Cheech R.I hired BCM plumbing for an install of a water line into my fridge and then possibly to replace the hot water heater at another time. I made an appointment and on the day of he was late. I texted and called him about 30 minutes after he was supposed to arrive. Then 15 minutes later he texts saying he is sick and to use someone else if I want. Why wouldn't you call or text me in the morning to explain I would've understood. Instead I will never use him again and recommend people find someone else.
