Bob is a very professional person who came to my house and explained all my options to be able to place a new air conditioner and heating in my house. He explained what kind of machines I can use. Very good service finished the gas connection on time and everything works very well.
also gave me great help to be able to fill out all the rebate forms to get money back.
And I think the most important thing is that the price was a fair price.
I would like to recommend For all my friends.

I called this company for an air conditioning servive, they came and checked the system and found that there was a leak in the freon and the unit needs to be charged, as the work was going to be done the owner bob changed the story that why bother with the repair and just buy a new system. I told him that is not an option at this point.

He left with his crew and took the condensor disconnect switch with him so the unit cannot be turned on. I called bob 7 times over the
next 3 days and but there was no reply.

I contacted the police and made a complaint, then bob came back to the house and started making threats and racial remarks.

A police report was made and will take it to court.

He has been here before and I was happy with his attitude and work but this time he was rude and argumentative and stormed out. He said he was too big to maneuver around my furnace. I could have just moved the things out of the way for him in 2 minutes. He's never welcome here again. He had a bad attitude the minute he walked in the house.

I called BCL on Saturday, the weekend after the 4th- a crazy time on the cape. I didn't expect a call back until Monday. I was thrilled when he not only responded but set up an appointment for Sunday. They discovered it wasn't actually a plumbing problem that I had but determined the water was coming from the outside gutter. That allowed me to call the proper person to do the work. I was very impressed not only at the speedy response but the thorough work to determine the actual cause of the problem.

I can't say enough good things about Bob. He came to us on short notice & completely assessed our needs. He replaced our water heater for a fair price & always answers our calls when we have questions. We will soon be replacing the HVAC system in our town home & we are so thankful to have found him to perform the work.
