This company arrived at my home on time when I showed him what the problem was he told me that the problem was going to take anywhere from 2 to 3 hours but he didn't have time to do it because he had another appointment he just thought that he could get mine in before the next appointment in other words he was saying to me you literally you don't matter.

I needed to find out what was causing the extra usage at my mother's home. Bill Taylor was able to pinpoint the issue and repair it within a few hours. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. He took extra care when entering the home by placing mats down in his work areas, wiping down the door knobs with bleach spray, and credit card machine before handing it to my mother to use. Mr. Taylor and B&C Sewer and Drains is now my plumber of choice.

I'm going to attempt to summarize all that Mr. Taylor has done for my family and myself while owning our first home. First and foremost his pricing is fair and transparent. He maintains professionalism at all times. He also does excellent work and I would recommend him to anyone within the areas that he covers. He went above and beyond to assist us when we realized we had a damaged water line. He ended up completing a successful reroute of all of the water lines and tie-in's that we have in our home. A year after completing this work, my insurance company that originally claimed they were not liable to pay for the damage....long story short realized they were. Mr. Taylor went back and forth with the claims adjuster and myself to provide documentation to assist my family and I with getting the money owed to cover the damages. (We are talking $,$$$!!!) My experience with Mr.Taylor is a unique one. But he always maintained his professionalism and on top of all of this, he's also a damn good plumber.

I just experienced the most thorough, professional and decent plumbing experience ever. B&C Sewer was scheduled to be at my home at 9am in Monday to address two running toilets and a sink that wouldn't drain.

They arrived early but didn't come to the door. I saw them waiting and I called to invite them to begin work early If they wanted to.

I anticipated that I'd be told that I need two new toilets and a new garbage disposer. Not at all! They finished the work in minutes and told me that each item was fixable. The price was so reasonable!

Professional, respectful, decent, clean, proficient, good!

I wish I could give them seven stars instead of five.

we had a major drain clog and called a national drain cleaning company who tried for more than an hour with an industrial snake and could not unclog the drain...He suggested we take the tile out of the bathroom floor and look underneath to see what the problem is with the plumbing.... we declined that approach.

We called Bill after seeing his reviews on yelp he came out exactly at the appointed time..tried for a few minutes with the snake and then shifted to a machine that used air pressure and had the clog resolved within 30 minutes...Plus the price was half the price of what the national company would have charged!!! All these fabulous reviews are well earned and well deserved!

I discovered a slow leak under my master bathroom sink. I noticed B&C on Yelp and felt confident in using them from all the excellent reviews written about him and his company. Bill called before arriving, arrived on time, and was quick and very professional. He explained the process and was here less than 2 hours. No more leak and my sink now drains better! I will use him for all our future plumbing needs.

Mr. Taylor came out to fix a clogged Kitchen sink. Before he came he advised me to check a few things before he came out that could potentially fix the problem. He had to come repair the problem and I have to say his professionalism was beyond exceptional. He resolved my problem and gave me a few tips to prevent this from happening again. This review is overdue - Bill came to check out an issue at a rental property and will forever remain my favorite plumber! He is amazing - the five star reviews are completely correct - he is the best.
The tenants had previously been told, by Roto Rooter, that there was a broken fitting under the concrete in our basement. Roto Rooter claimed this based on having supposedly seen the issue with a camera, twice having sent a camera down. They quoted my husband several thousands of dollars. Enter Bill Taylor for a second opinion - and he had the problem fixed in an hour - it was absolutely not a broken fitting, nor under concrete, and his camera saw the issue immediately. In fact, Bill knew exactly what the camera was showing us - unbelievably it was a test balloon left in the pipe from a plumbing inspection seven years earlier. The builders had left it in the pipe and drywalled over it.. Bill's equipment found the exact spot in our drywall and if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes, I wouldn't have believed it. He removed the balloon and problem solved!
I will never call another plumber - would only call Bill.

Bill seemed extremely knowledgeable and helpful when he showed up to the potential water pressure issue. I would use him again for any plumbing issue. I'm only giving him four stars because he showed up an hour and half late despite me calling to check in with him an hour before the appointment time (he didn't pick up). Not the end of the world, but for those that take off time for appointments, be aware that could happen.
