We had a great experience with B&C! After several rounds of basement flooding, we talked with several other plumbers and water proofing companies before we got to B&C. None were able to figure out the source of the flooding. Bill Taylor from B&C came out, found an outdoor access all the others had missed, and was able to clear the blockage. I am not exaggerating when I say he saved our lives!

Very happy with my service from B&C. They came when they said they would, which was same day. Clearly explained the issue- a blocked main drain line- and why they knew this to be the case. Explained how they planned to resolve it and the costs upfront. Bill was very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and honest. I will be using B&C for future plumbing needs and would recommend them to friends and family.

Mr. Bill was the answer to our plumbing prayers. We had some sewer water flood our basement through a shower drain. After a couple weeks of misinformation and unhelpfulness from Roto-Rooter and the county, we finally found our way to Mr. Bill. He was extremely informative on our initial phone call and set a time and date for when he would come out to our house. He showed up right on time and was able to take care of our issue very quickly and professionally. He patiently answered all our questions and even offered advice on issues that we didn't think to ask about. The next time we experience any plumbing-related issues, I would feel little anxiety and uncertainty, knowing that I have someone like Mr. Bill who I can call to address the issue.

My hot water went out, and as a first-time home owner, I didn't know what to do (other than call someone). I called B&C and spoke to Bill. Instead of just making an appointment and charging me to come out, he told me to take a picture of my heater and walked me through how to restart the pilot. B&C Sewer and Drains owner Bill Taylor is a master of his craft. I called Bill early in the morning and he squeezed us into his schedule. He was our first and the right choice. He asked a few questions and was able to give me an estimate that was reasonable. In addition to the sinks our Miele dishwasher had stop working; related to the sink clogging. He committed to getting us straight and he did just as he said. What a day!!!

Bill got us taking care and it was worth every cent. I'd prefer we not had the issue all together, however we hired the right guy. #quality,#expertise-cost

Great work! Bill answered the phone when I called, I described my problem and he told me two possible scenarios and asked me to a couple simple tests before he arrived so we could determine which of the problems it was. We made an appointment, he was on time and did the work efficiently and fixed a couple of other small items in the house. I have his number saved and will definitely call Bill the next time I have a plumbing issue!

I would highly recommend Bill; I found him to be honest, conscientious and thorough. Did a fantastic job for $700 less than Roto-Rooter. I needed a new hot water heater and he came out as soon as he could get one (and even threw some salt down on my icy driveway for me!)
