I have utilized numerous companies in the past until I was referred to Kurt and he was able to fix my shower that 4 other companies told me that couldn't be fixed without tearing down a wall which was a few years ago........
This time I needed a toilet replaced and I was able to text the manager and Tyler was here the next day, I knew I could purchase a toilet and call them to install it, however when Tyler opened the new toilet it was shattered soooo
I couldn't wait to replace the toilet and I knew I could trust Tyler's advice on getting my toilet replaced today... His recommendation was even better than the one I purchased at the same price...

We were having issues with our shower handle dropping when we pulled it to take a shower. I called BC Plumbing and I was Glad that I did! Upon looking at the problem they realized that the handle was soldered or welded on to the cartridge!
My technician Byron was gracious and very knowledgeable and prepared. He quickly got a hacksaw and was able to free the handle from the cartridge and then successfully install the new cartridge and a new handle.
When they say ""We Can Do That!"" they're not kidding, and they're reasonably priced.
I highly recommend BC Plumbing, they're Awesome!!!

Totally honest. Our water heater blew up and Kurt told us how to exercise our warranty, even though he wasn't going to get the business. Sears failed to follow through, and so we called Kurt back. He got our water heater installed quickly. We are signing up for their maintenance plan. This is a great outfit.
