We had repeated notes from the Water Authority about a leak on our property. After performing all of the steps needed to ensure the leak wasn't in our home, we determined the actual issue was a leak in the main line to the house from the street.

We called out several contractors to take a look, and Larry had the best rates and the best personality of all of them. His quote was less than half of the first guys I called (the one with the ""name that's hard to spell, and I have a contract with them ongoing)!

We set everything up to start the following Monday, and he showed up right on time with his assistant, David.

The job entailed digging a trench through our front yard, and due to the location of the meter this was about 80 feet long and about a foot and a half deep. These guys had it knocked out BY HAND in a day, even though unbeknownst to any of us our yard had huge rocks just under the surface.

On day two, we found the second ""gotcha"" in the job - one small tree had to be fully removed to get the line in place properly. No problem, these guys backed their truck in, wrapped a chain around it, and out it came. Not your standard fare for plumbing work! Then they dropped in the new line without issue.

Day three was basically just for the inspector to come out to certify the work, which of course was perfect. A couple hours of putting the front yard back together and we were all set. I was amazed that these guys had the yard looking like nothing at all had happened!

They did an absolutely amazing job, but on top of that was the personal touch. Larry and David were so personable during the work that I really felt completely comfortable having them work around my house. Even my dogs loved them!

We plan to use Plumbing Pros exclusively from now on based on the great rates, the great guys, and the great work. You'd be very hard pressed to find anyone better in the valley!

I clogged my sink with rice and called to get an estimate to see how much it would cost, the man on the phone was very helpful and actually walked me through how to fix it myself! It was a really easy fix and I'm so great full to him for helping me! If I ever have another problem I'm calling these guys again.

Plumbing Pros is a top-notch, honest company!

I met Larry Cruz while picking up parts at a local plumbing supply store. He offered to assist me in finding a part (even though he didn't work there) after seeing me looking around for assistance. I recently had a horrible experience with a local plumber/restoration company and was determined to put my DIY skills to work on my main line leak. Larry was very helpful in assisting me and didn't solicit his services (I actually asked for his business card). It's a good thing too because after repairing the leak I found, there was still another I couldn't find. Hence, I called Larry the next day to come out and take a look. He kindly fit me to his busy schedule, offered a more than fair and reasonable rate, and resolved my water issue immediately. Claudio took great pride in his work. He showed me the meter after install (to show the leak was repaired), and returned my yard in better shape then it was when he arrived.

Super pleased with Larry & Claudio. Larry came out and gave us a free estimate to move our gas line for our cooktop. His price seemed right in line with others. We chose Plumbing Pros because they are licensed & bonded & Larry seemed very knowledgeable & trustworthy.

Larry had his estimate sent to us the same day as he said. It was sent to us by email. It was very clear what his job description entailed & the cost to us. We moved forward with Plumbing Pros. They showed up on time & most importantly they were very respectful of our home. & health. They both wore masks, gloves & shoe covers.

Larry was friendly, professional & a good listener. He did everything by the book. He scheduled the building inspector for the following day. Job was passed & we are good to go.

We will be using him for future plumbing needs.

We had a wonderful experience with Larry at Plumbing Pros. We were moving into a new house that had a huge walk in spa shower but no tub. I can't live without a tub so we had to gut the entire area and remake it to my liking. Larry helped us every step of the way. He helped with design, purchasing our fixtures, and hiring the tile and drywall guy. He saved us a lot of money by looking at our tile quotes and helping us choose the right guy for the job. And since he is fluent in Spanish we were able to hire a tile guy that I would not have been able to communicate with otherwise. Even though he is not a contractor, he oversaw the other guys work and knew when something needed addressed. I always felt like we were in good hands and that he could be trusted.
