Installed a replacement kitchen faucet and a replacement garbage disposer. They were very fast in their work and responded to our call the same day. Our only concern was they convinced us to replace our disposer which was still operational with some minor corrosion. The new disposer seemed overpriced.

We recently moved in with family and the 2 front bathroom drains were completely messed up. I contacted Larry, he was quick to answer and was out the next day to assess the situation. He came to our home 3 times to make sure the job was done and done right. He was such a gentleman and super patient with our plumbing predicament. I can't rate the service. But based off of the customer service, hostile attitude and canceling and flaking of the scheduled appointment, I would rate 0 stars if I could. I called him at 8:14 am to schedule an appointment. He stated he would be here late morning. His exact words were, 'no later than 9:30 am.' Thank you for telling me that you would be here at 9:30am and than 12:00pm. And than canceling both time periods. I than receive a call from you at 12:16 pm to tell me that your clear across town and would arrive whenever. And when I questioned the arrival time, you got upset and combative over the phone towards me and cancelled the entire appointment. I had to scramble to try and find someone to fix my water heater. Thank you, because I found someone else who was efficient and came at the time they stated. Unprofessional. Please look elsewhere for your plumbing services.

Highly recommended. The whole experience was A+ customer service, from picking up my call quickly, to being able to schedule an appt on a holiday. When Larry quoted between 8:30 and 9am, and promptly called me at the start of the timeframe to say he was on his way, I had high hopes. On arriving, he immediately noticed an issue we had been having in the kitchen that wasn't part of the original call, but I was going to ask for suggestions about. Since it was such a straightforward task, he took care of that and the primary purpose of his visit at no extra cost. Received some great tips that clearly showed his knowledge in the industry, and finished the visit very pleased overall. Will not hesitate to call him again, and to pass his information on to anyone looking for a top-notch plumber.

Larry is great! I called this morning and he met me at my property within an hour. He gave me a quote and repaired the pressure reducing valve in the garage of my rental by the end of the afternoon. Just had two toilets replaced. Was going to have both toilets rebuilt. Larry completely replaced both toilets for an additional $200.00 bucks!!! Couldn't be happier. Larry gets my vote as plumber of the year!!!!

I called Larry to take a look at a leak in our garage, after trying to ""fix"" it ourselves. We have no clue what we're doing. Larry came out first thing in the morning, tightened some stuff and the leak was gone! Left me his card and no bill.

Overall great experience and I'm confident I will be giving Larry's number to anyone I know who needs a plumber. First number I will be calling if I ever have any other issue.
