Recommended Customer Reviews

We have used them before to repair a leak under our slab. Since they were responsive that time, we thought we'd try them to repair some leaky faucets and replace some supply lines under sinks. The bathroom faucets needed replacing. They said the price was basically the same for the faucets if they got them for us. Unfortunately, after he installed them and gave me the bill, he charged $750.00 for the first faucet including install and $450.00 for the second faucet installed. When we know that their hourly rate is $135.00/hr, the faucets at full retail were approx. $200 each we felt the charge was too high. My husband called them and found they charged us $300/ faucet. That's a 50% markup and quite frankly I found the faucet for $134.00 so it was more than 100% markup. The labor cost was also way too high for the amount of time the plumber spent replacing the faucets. He only spent a total of 3.5 hrs here and had to repair the supply line under the kitchen sink and fix the leak on that faucet which took him over an hour. That means that he took 2.5 hrs to replace two bathroom faucets @$135/hr would be $337.50 for labor. So, if I bought the faucets $268.00 plus $337.50 for labor would be $605.50. Instead they wanted to charge $1200.00. That is double what it should have been. They not only cheated on the price of the faucets, but also on the labor.

I'm so very thankful for Dave from BC plumbing. He was courteous and professional. He was able to find the clog and made sure that he got all of it. He really went above and beyond! I highly recommend his company for all of your plumbing needs.
