bad experience bad work lots of lie he took down payment never do work in his hand find everyday one to do one hour work never watch them or make sure the work done ask for inspection every week he said this week no schedule for inspection no work done big lie no recommendations for anybody

I'm appalled. I'm wondering if the posted reviews are from BC Plumbers customers. My experience with this company is drastically different. I had a bad experience with another company, googled plumbers in my area and contacted BC Plumbers. I was frantic and needed immediate service. Although their response time was average their customer service was outstanding. We discussed my plumbing issues and a ballpark cost sight unseen. We agreed on a time and they arrived on time. They walked me through the job, cost and projected completion. The completed job (rough and finish) was exceptional.

Called them and left a couple of messages.
They informed me that they would show up between the times of 3-4pm. Never showed up. Never called back. Attempted to call. No answer. Left a message to reschedule. No response. Poor customer service. A simple job to unclog kitchen sink.

Anthony never specified an adult had to be home, so when he showed up & we were 2 minutes away, he immediately left. I tried with him again & made another appointment for 3 days later & he never showed up. No call or anything; Anthony just left me hanging. I sat at home all day waiting for him & got absolutely nothing. I'm never doing business with this company again.

This has been our plumber for several years. They are reliable and responsive whenever I call and they do good work that lasts. Their prices are reasonable and they do a decent job of cleaning up after their repair work is done. They are the only plumber that I've had a consistently good experience with!

I called BC Plumbers and they were prompt and professional. I had 2 different plumbers to come out to unclog my sewer drain only for it not to work. No problems since BC showed up...happy customer.

Awful- came out two times, didn't have the the drain snake with him one time and the other time was missing something too. 3 other times were no shows. Didn't even call to give the courtesy of letting us know they weren't going to make the appointment. Took off work to be home, no return calls. I only gave one star because I had to. Do not use this company
