This company has the worst customer service in the world. I can see I'm not the only one who has this issue. They can never tell you a price and then when you get the bill, you are overwhelmed with the ridiculous charges. The one individual, Frannie is the most rude person on the planet. And, has the nerve to call herself the Office Manager. Wow, is that the best they can do? I will take my money elsewhere.

This company has the worst service ever! I called several times since 7/29/21, they have only lied to me about coming out to repair my line. They don't return emails or voicemails promptly, it takes them a week or two. My sod is mainly burnt now, because the irrigation water is turned off due to the busted line. They're not even BBB accredited, so you can't make a complaint smh. Ryan Homes, you made a poor choice using them, my problem still isn't solved.

I called this company on yesterday and explained my issue and was told that someone would come to my house on today 5/12. I was also told that I wouldn't have a time slot but someone would come out sometime during the day. My issue is don't have me sitting at home all day and no one shows up and no one bothers to call to inform that they won't make it. I called five times and no answer and left a message as well. This is bad business all together.
