This is the best heating company around.Second furnace i have gotten installed,2 different house's.1st furnace he did almost 20 years ago.Second furnace was done today.Also had sleeve put in chimney and they put it in while it was raining. Jeff and his employees and office personnel are very polite, professional and honest . The responded that day and fixed the next day.The work and price was like promised. I told a neighbor about BC and he got furnace too and told me he was very pleased.I trust BC and will only use BC.Thanks Jeff and your employees. 1/13/2022 Lloyd F.

In the middle of sub-zero temperatures my blower quit. I called BC and Pam answered right away. She set up an appointment and I met Steve at the duplex the next day. He confirmed that my blower was bad and proceeded to shove a camera into my furnace. Moments later he gets all dramatic and tells me there is a crack in my firebox. He tried to show me on the camera, but I honestly had no idea what I was looking at. He shut the gas off and said I needed a new furnace. He told me it would be over $2,000.00 if I were a home owner but since I was a landlord and would have to submit it to a company he would do it for $1750.00 I honestly didn't feel comfortable about the whole thing. But, in the dead of winter I didn't have time to research.

I wasn't present for the install but when I showed up a month later to collect rent and replace filter, I couldn't find one. Steve said he put them in the return air vents. This didn't make sense to me because I have 5 of those throughout the apartment. After inspecting the vents I couldn't find a filter anywhere. I called BC and asked for the owner to meet me.

Jeff confirmed there were no filters and stated he would get a rack installed.

On the day of installation, Steve showed up. Needless to say I was not happy to see him. He continued to lie about the filters. I also mentioned to both he and Jeff that I could smell gas. Jeff said they would use sensors to check but all Steve did was spray soapy water on joints. He said he got a wif of gas too but couldn't find a leak. He said for me to keep an eye on it.

Closing Remarks, it's sad but I still don't trust anyone from this profession and I'm concerned I have a gas leak. Next call is gas company.
