We had been having trouble with our furnace where it would work for a week and then stop working and this issue went on for a couple of months. Our home warranty company had originally assigned a different HVAC company to our service request. Days went by and we never heard from them. I called the warranty company to have a new contractor assigned and Pro Patriot is who was assigned. They called us within just a few minutes and Rob was able to come out the next day and quickly fix the issue. Then when another issue with our furnace arose a short time after, Rob and Jen made room for us in their busy schedule and were able to come look at it the very next morning. Unfortunately our furnace had become unsafe to operate at this point. This time our warranty company refused to cover the bill of having to replace our furnace which was infuriating. Jen reached out to them to fight for us and help plead our case which we were very grateful for. Unfortunately the warranty company didn't bite. In the mean time however, Pro Patriot loaned us space heaters to keep us warm while we thought about our next decision. Although we ended up going in a different direction with a new heating system, which took us almost a month for us to decide on, Rob and Jen insisted that we hold on to their space heaters until we had heat back in our house. Rob and Jen were extremely friendly, accommodating, and flexible, and we truly appreciate all they did for us!

So disappointed. We had used their services in the past and felt them to be responsive and reliable. When recently we had a project, we thought of them first and they seemed more than happy to come out, see what we wanted and give us an estimate. The tech who came out was friendly and professional, looked at our needs and requests and told us we would have an estimate by that evening or the next morning. The evening came and went, and by the next day afternoon I sent an email asking for a status update, and was told it would likely be completed that day. Crickets. I followed up again the next day, and this time they did not even bother to respond. It is really sad because I felt we had found a reliable company and they proved that wasn't the case. Don't overpromise, first of all, and then if you did, just apologize and try to make it right. Ghosting is childish and unprofessional. I do not recommend using this company.
