I could not be more impressed with BBC Plumbing! I discovered a puddle of water under my kitchen sink. I posted a desperate plea for a good, affordable plumber on the Neighbor's website. Within minutes someone gave me The number for BBC Plumbing. I called BBC and left a message. Bob Benson, the owner of BBC Plumbing, immediately returned my call and was ringing my doorbell within the hour. He quickly determined that I needed to replace my kitchen faucet. I had to order a new faucet. It took a few days to get the faucet. Bob said he would come do the work Saturday morning at 8 AM. He was at my house a couple of minutes before 8. It did not take him very long to do the work and now I have a new, functioning faucet. Bob is Reliable, efficient and knows what he is doing. He is also very affordable. I will use him for any future plumbing needs I may have. Bob helped turn what started as a very stressful experience into a positive one for me.

Our pipe burst at 5pm on a Thursday night. We called BBC Plumbing to get a quote for diagnosing the problem. He came out, free of charge (other companies wanted $50-$100 just to be dispatched) and came out the next morning at 9am. He was very professional and courteous. He showed up ten minutes early, diagnosed the problem within fifteen minutes and had it fixed in about an hour. VERY, VERY fair prices and just all around great service. He will remain our plumber for future plumbing needs. I can't say enough good things about the man, call Bob for your plumbing needs, he will not disappoint!

I started my day with water dripping from my thermal expansion tank on the water heater. After a trip to the store and a twisted copper pipe and a much larger drip coming from the tank I called Bob. I can't say enough good things about the man. He fit us in that day. He was courteous and professional. I will ask Bob for help in the future. thank you BBC Plumbing!!!!!

This guy is the real deal. I was stuck at work and a pipe to our toilet burst flooding our bathroom and bedroom. My wife called Bob and left him a message. He called back quickly and hurried to our house for the fix. The price Bob charged was beyond fair. He truly is our go to guy for ANYTHING plumbing related. Using anyone else is foolish

Bob was great! I called one afternoon and he was able to come the next morning. He was quick and efficient: found the problem, got the parts, and fixed everything up in record time. On top of that he charged fairly. You can bet I'll call him the next time I need a plumber and you should too.

Bob installed our dishwasher and the water line to our refrigerator. We talked to another plumber before we found Bob and he wanted over $400.00 just to do the water line!! Bob's bid was way more reasonable and fair!!
Bob is honest and fair with his pricing and the work was excellent. Bob will definitely be the plumber we call on in the future and I will be referring family and friends to him!!!

Not great service, professional, polite or courteous.
I called BBC because of the great reviews, but unfortunately my experience was not great. I called, he said he'd be here in 1 1/2 hours. After 2 hours he called and we rescheduled for the next day. We agreed on a time so that I would be home when we arrived, or so I thought. Apparently he came 40 minutes earlier than we agreed, but didn't call and let me know, then left. I waited for an hour after our agreed time before calling to see if he was still coming. I called and left a message. He called me back and said he had already came but no one answered the door. I told I was home at the time we agreed on but he said I was on his schedule 30 minutes before that time. So I would have to wait until he had time to come my way again. I decided BBC wasn't for me.

I called BBC Plumbing because I needed a plumber for an emergency situation at our rental home. I went online and saw all the 5 star reviews so I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Bob, who said he could be there at 5:30. 5:30 came and went, 6:00 came and went. No call! 6:30 came and went and no call from Bob so I called him to see what was up?!.! No answer! 7:00 came and went still no call from Bob. At 7:15 we gave up! I called him to let him know we were leaving our the house and to please call us and let us know his status. Maybe he got caught up at another job. He never contacted me! I went with Beacon plumbing and they were on time and did a great job! Sorry BBC Plumbing, Non communication with a perspective client is a NoNo, no matter how good you work is!

Wow! I called on Sunday morning at 8am. He was at my home at 9:10am. Explained the problem, gave me an approximate time. When he was done explained to me why the leak had occurred, explained what he did, cleaned up, shook my hand and was out. Very friendly, very professional and courteous. I would recommend him to all my friends and neighbors! Thanks Bob!
