He was professional, efficient, and surprisingly positive for such a crappy situation (literally). His attitude made a stressful night a whole lot easier. I had an urgent/emergency matter relating to my septic system and a potentially clogged line inside the home. After calling several companies, I was informed that it would be several days, in some cases weeks, before someone could come out to evaluate the situation. Upon calling B&B, I talked with Aletha who took the time to specifically ask me what the issue was. After explaining the situation to her, she provided me some quick troubleshooting instructions and asked me to call her back with my findings. She then arranged for Derrick, the company owner, to come out to the house and address the issue. He arrived within just a couple hours. Derrick was extremely professional and friendly and also took the time to educate me on my engineered septic system. Derrick got right to work to eliminate a clog within the house and also scheduled to have his team return early next week to pump out my septic tank and clean the system. I am extremely pleased with B&B; after several calls, this was the only company that acknowledged my emergency situation and followed through to put my family and me at ease. This is a local family owned business that deserves your consideration. B&B sewer cleaning has earned a customer for life.
