Both sides of our kitchen sink clogged, wouldn't drain, after running the disposal. We tried plunging, creating a vacuum, nothing worked. Rocco from B&B took the time to investigate the issue and tried multiple solutions to get the job done. He was thorough, he was respectful and courteous, and was clearly knowledgeable in his field. I called a few places to get my hot water heater plumbing fixed. They told me they could send a guy out the next day. The guy was on time and polite. However he would not replumb it the way I wanted. """"That will take too long, this way or that way is the same"""" He changed it and it only half way fixed my problem. They told me a manager would come out and look at it in a few days. He was a No Show. A few days later he came out too look. Said he would look into it and call me back. He never called me back. I hired a plumber off craigslist. Told him what I wanted done. He did it, my issue was fixed 100%. B n B plumbing was not good at their job. They were a no show as well. Never followed up with a paying customer. Just don't use them. Your welcome.

We recently bought a home in Clearwater and one of our new neighbors recommended these guys. In the first month of ownership we wanted to catch up on some general maintenance and called B&B two separate times to get some plumbing problems brought up to proper working standards. We had them out twice in June of 2021 and both crews were excellent. The prices were reasonable, the work was done to our total satisfaction, the guys were quick, had all the parts available on the truck and they were super pleasant and explained things well. So pleased I almost wish I had more plumbing problems. These guys are the ones to call in Clearwater, the scheduling and timeliness was excellent too.

I was driving in 22nd st and one of their vans on 22nd st just sped up on my car out of no where and started tailgating me so close. When I proceeded to make a right hand turn, with plenty of notice, he almost ran into the back of me. As I turned he honked his horn all the way until I was out of his way for a good 5 seconds. I would never do any business with this company if this is how the employees are. Manage your people and reprimand them for unsafe driving.

Do not recommend this company!! One of their drivers was driving very erratically this morning on Gandy blvd. Called their main line to complain and got cussed out. Would not trust them with my plumbing.

Stay away, they install a 30 gallon water heater and charge us $1200.00. We were a loyal customer for 25 years ... if that's what they do for someone loyal.. look out!!!!

I would never use this company again let alone recommend them to anyone. We were having a major plumbing problem at our store and called them. The first time they came out quickly and took care of the issue. We knew at that time we needed more work done. We called them 2 weeks later with the same issue and they came out. Knowing that we needed to have some major work done we paid them $550 to use their camera to find the problem. We were under the impression that they would be giving us a quote for the work that needed to be done. As our store is open 7 days a week and they told us that they did commercial work we needed the work done as soon as possible. The camera was done on September 18, 2019. After paying a plumber twice to come out, and numerous phone calls we finally received a quote on October 29th with a phone call stating they would bring us a copy of what was on the camera. It took another 3 days to get that cd. To say the least I would not have them do any work here on my property. And to top it all off the cd is really of no use since there are no measurements or anything as to where the problem is. Very UNPROFESSIONAL company.

I highly recommend this company - they are responsive, friendly, professional and highly competent. I live in Tucson, AZ and own a vacation condo in the Clearwater area. I needed to coordinate plumbing services for a bathroom renovation during my owner's visit to my condo, and the timing for this was very important, as I needed to have a plumber two times during the course of the project, and would only be here for 1 week. The dispatcher, Brian, was super responsive and accommodating. He understood the importance of the timing and stayed in regular contact with me in advance of the work week. The plumber, Kenny, was an absolute delight. He was faced with some tricky plumbing, and communicated with me continually throughout the job to let me know his Plan A and Plan B. He was personable and explained things in easy-to-understand language, as opposed to technical plumber speak. He took great care to make sure he cleaned things around the project and made sure that the job was completed according to the highest company standards. He even offered to do some extra non-plumbing service by installing the backsplash on my vanity and gave helpful tips along the way. This is a great company with great people who offer great plumbing - I will definitely call them regularly for my plumbing needs!!
