service Requested: reset 2 toilets
called Brandon and asked for 2 toilets to be reset. was told he would try make it that day. after texting late that afternoon, was advised he would be out the next morning. next afternoon I text to find out when he was coming. Said he was sending his right hand man and would be there in 30-40 minutes. he arrived with no materials and said he had to go get a wax ring. came back after 45-60 minutes. instead he went to a previous customer's house to get his drill that he left. when he returned, he tightened one screw, caulked one toilet and replaced the wax ring on the other. now both toilets rock bad and charged me $250 for that. when questioned about it i was told there was a $90 show up fee and $160 an hour fee, all of which I was never told. One week before, my neighbor used him and was not told or charged these exorbitant fees. DO NOT CALL HIM!!!!!!! YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOU WILL BE CHARGED AND DOES NOT DO THE JOB YOU REQUESTED!!!!!! Thank goodness I got my check back.

Yes, Brandon is definitely different from the other plumbers I have delt with here in Picayune, Ms. We called another plumber because I had two leaks. One was exposed and another under concrete. The first plumber said he would have to tear up my entire yard to find the leak under the concrete so he referred me to American leak detectors out of Baton Rouge to locate the leak under the concrete. He said he would fix both leaks at the same time when he came back. The first time American Leak Detectors came, he could not find the leak under the concrete because the other leak was still there leaking. They charged us $300. to come out even though they couldn't locate the leak. After the other plumber fixed the first leak, we called them out again and he could not locate the leak so charged us nothing that time. That is when we called B&B Plumbing. He came out and jack hammered the concrete and dug in the dirt till he found it and fixed it. And did not charge us a fortune!
He actually answers his phone EVERY time I call no matter what day or time. If I have an emergency, he is ""Johnny on the spot"" and comes immediately! He explains everything in terms I can understand. He takes pictures of things he finds and repairs so I know exactly what he did. I HIGHLY recommend him.
