Not reliable! Had over 5 scheduled appointments and always an excuse for a delay. If he couldn't do the jobs than he should have been upfront. I would have been a good customer. Always busy with other jobs. Left me hanging for over a month.

I have used their services multiple times for big and small projects. Great communication, setting proper expectations and time-frame, and was done while I worked. Garage trim, paint, doors and gutters, professional grade quality. Wood rot needed replacing was done in 5 hours or less. Clean up was a breeze. I will use them again. I prefer to pay in cash, they do prefer cash as well.

Donn and Melissa kindly stepped in to help when the painter who SAID he did wood repair suddenly said he DIDN'T. They came over same day to look at and estimate the wood repair job, then rearranged their schedule a bit so the repair could be finished before the painters started. The estimate was detailed, itemized and included the products used on my home. Since wood is expensive right now, I got two bids. The other only came in $100 less and the individual was not nearly as personable or detailed as BV Handyman. I was unexpectedly called away to an out-of-town funeral and I was completely comfortable having Donn and Melissa do the work in my absence. Their communication through texting and pictures was excellent. They were respectful of my tenant. My boyfriend stopped by to check on the job and said everything was going great. Bottom line: Excellent work. Excellent customer service. Kind people. I will call them first next time!

We've had Bayview Handyman do a number of projects for us. Plumbing jobs, replacing roof on shed and general maintenance on the roof of our house, Most recently, they rebuilt our back porch as a result of damage from a freak auto accident. Do yourself a favor and avoid. Terrible communication in addition to half finished and poor work. After hiring them to replace our closet doors they did half the job, and the work they did do left the doors ruined.
We had a verbal agreement with Donn that he would REPLACE all 4 of our doors with new ones. When he showed up with the finished work he had not replaced the doors, but rather sanded two of them and covered all of them in a brown 'restorative' oil. Immediately after they were installed, this brown oil was rubbing off on my hands, carpet, and clothes. We have had to since hire a whole new carpenter to redo ALL the work. When we contacted Donn and his wife Melissa for a partial refund, they vanished and have not responded to our phone calls. I am including a photo of a paper towel I wiped over the surface of one of our ruined doors. This substance they put on the doors wouldn't come off and we wound up having to remove the doors and throw them away. This was getting on my hands, carpet and clothing. Beware if you use them to get your job in writing and do not pay cash. We stupidly trusted them and wound up unhappy and swindled.

This man took advantage of a senior woman that is on a fixed income . He was to install windows and measured windows completely wrong . Then installed them and did a hack job . She has been trying to contact them and he will not return any calls .
