I would give it one start but they seem like a small business so I gave it two.
I remembered that I went here last year and the service was terrible. I tried to fix my kitchen faucet and I went here with a part to replace and when I started to tell the guy at the counter, he cut me off and said ""I'm not a plumber"" I was taken back bc even the CS people at big box stores are more helpful. I felt it was super condescending.
I shut up and just showed him the part number I need and he went to get it- I took a look at what he handed me and it was not the part, the number was different and it didn't look the same. I pointed it out to him and he said it wasn't the part then. I left and will never return.

Just purchased a shower head from their store. Shower head had no power. When I brought it back they said I could not return it and the had no other shower heads. I was out of luck
