Karen P.Technician came out last year and said we had a leak. Another technician came out and said the first technician was wrong. Now we have a four year old unit that has a leak in it and a bill of $1,000 to fix it when last year it was covered under a home warranty.
John M.Called for them to service of heating and cooling split units. There were three head units. They cleaned two but didn't touch the third. When I sent photographs of the dirty screens and filter in the third unit, the representative called me back and said that the service technician said "" it didn't look like that when he left it a week before."" No one accepts responsibility anymore. The representative admitted that the unit and screens could not have gotten that dirty in a week. I got a "" sorry"" but just no responsibility. $200 for one hour service. look elsewhere.
