Just before Thanksgiving, we called the local family owner plumbing company we have used for years because our kitchen sink was draining slow. After he snaked the drain, our washer drain overflowed. He came back to snake that drain, but after trying he said there was a bad trap under the floor. He needed to tear up the tile floor under the washer to replace the trap, but we would have to wait after Thanksgiving. He rigged the washer to drain out the window so we could continue to do laundry until it could be fixed. We waited over two weeks. When we didn't hear back from him, we called Bayshore Plumbing. They sent someone out the next day. He snaked all our drains and fixed the problem without having to demolish anything! We now have a new go-to plumber for our whole family.

This was a tenant that didn't go through the landlord. We were given a European valve to try to find the number. After tryng many days of finding the correct material we finally had the landlord call us and he sent the correct shower nomenclature. We were able to order it and then sent a Service Tech to repair the valve and pay us for our time.

After 45 days of dealing with AHS and two of their recommended plumbers, we called bayshore plumbing last Thursday. The scheduled was for 8-9am and Jarrod showed up promptly at 8am; 4 hours later we have a shower! In addition to calmly explaining what needed to be done, getting it done and schedulling a follow up. Amazing service, which I strongly recommend.

I have used Bayshore for over ten years. Out tankless water heaters went out during covid and they ordered and delivered and installed with such professionalism. Jerry personally installed one unit. Bayshore does it it right and they are hard working and honest

They refuse to work with anyone that works full time Monday through Friday. Even after having a water heater installed by them and other work done. After trying to make an appointment with them for a Friday afternoon I was refused and was told that people take off work for a plumber to come. So if you work full time Monday through Friday, look for someone else.

I had Bayshore Plumbing out to fix a broken shower valve. They had no idea where the valve came from so they took pictures of it to show a supplier. Several weeks later I received a bill of $392 for """"research"""" to locate the valve. It would have been nice if they would have told me up front they were going to charge me a """"research"""" fee.

Called in middle of the night due to flooding in my house. Karen called early before 8:30 AM business hour listed and had a technician at my house by 8:30 AM. Alex found the problems immediately and found other issues along the way. Professional and answered all my questions. This is the third time I have used Bayshore Plumbing.

I've had some work done by them recently and was extremely happy with the quality of the work and their professionalism. Clean appearance, on time and got the work done quickly. Pricing was cheaper than the preview quote I received from another company. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

I called and asked for an estimate for a lack of cold water in one shower and replacement of some galvanized pipes leading to the house. They sent someone over the next day to look at the lack of cold water and the guy spent 20 minutes talking about his hobby of metal detection before even looking at the problem faucet. Then when he did look at the faucet he said it needed a new cartridge as the (brand new) one on it was """"jammed"""". I told him I would buy a new cartridge and replace myself if that was all it was. He then proceeded to tell me it would be $160 for the visit which was a shock to me since he didn't fix anything and I thought I was getting an estimate for repairs. Within 15 minutes of him leaving I was able to take the cartridge apart (something he didn't even attempt) and get the piece that was """"jammed"""" freely moving again. This guy supposedly had 40 years of plumbing experience and I have ZERO years yet I was able to fix it with (of all things) a couple taps of a hammer and some needle nose pliers. I called to tell them I fixed the problem they couldn't fix and not to bother sending someone over to estimate the other repairs. I wish I tried the DIY approach before calling them out, what a waste of my time!

This company does not know how to stand behind their work. My plumber """"fixed"""" the job for over $200 and the next day the issue was right back. When I called to explain I was told that there Must be a different issue and that it wasnt their problem and I would have to pay all over again.
