Attention Home owners This rating is based on a recent experience with Bayshore plumbing not previous ones. Before this incident I swore by this company. However I am so disappointed by the treatment I received from the very Plumber who I have bragged about to be great. I have nothing harsh to say about the ability of doing the job itself. My huge disappointment is in the blatant disregard for my home, furnishings and the nasty behavior toward me when I got on to both employees that were doing the work. There is no excuse ever for soiling walls and floors and thinking because you have a bottle of degreaser that you can continue doing what you are doing when I'm telling you not to. Then there was the issue of getting into a hollering match with me. If the employee(s) didn't want me to get on to them harshly they should have listened to me to begin with. The job is done and the water problem was fixed but this particular experience was horrible to go through. Caution to all home owners! Make sure you speak up in advance to whatever company you choose to use. Have them give you a description as to how they intend to protect your home and its furnishings before they begin working and see to it that they do It! If they don't take the time to protect your home and its furnishings then they don't care about You! Call A clean plumber!!!!! Sincerely Denise I.

They refuse to work with anyone that works full time Monday through Friday. Even after having a water heater installed by them and other work done. After trying to make an appointment with them for a Friday afternoon I was refused and was told that people take off work for a plumber to come. So if you work full time Monday through Friday, look for someone else.

This young man by the name of Jarod came by to install a new water heater. He did a great job plus he was professional, polite and one of the nicest people I ever met. I recommend BayShore Plumbing to anyone.

I called and asked for an estimate for a lack of cold water in one shower and replacement of some galvanized pipes leading to the house. They sent someone over the next day to look at the lack of cold water and the guy spent 20 minutes talking about his hobby of metal detection before even looking at the problem faucet. Then when he did look at the faucet he said it needed a new cartridge as the (brand new) one on it was """"jammed"""". I told him I would buy a new cartridge and replace myself if that was all it was. He then proceeded to tell me it would be $160 for the visit which was a shock to me since he didn't fix anything and I thought I was getting an estimate for repairs. Within 15 minutes of him leaving I was able to take the cartridge apart (something he didn't even attempt) and get the piece that was """"jammed"""" freely moving again. This guy supposedly had 40 years of plumbing experience and I have ZERO years yet I was able to fix it with (of all things) a couple taps of a hammer and some needle nose pliers. I called to tell them I fixed the problem they couldn't fix and not to bother sending someone over to estimate the other repairs. I wish I tried the DIY approach before calling them out, what a waste of my time!

This company does not know how to stand behind their work. My plumber """"fixed"""" the job for over $200 and the next day the issue was right back. When I called to explain I was told that there Must be a different issue and that it wasnt their problem and I would have to pay all over again.

Wow! I just finished a renovation at my home and have been dealing with contractors for a solid 6 months. So I have some recent experience. BAYSHORE PLUMBING is exactly OPPOSITE of what I've experienced with EVERY OTHER SUB...... I called them to help me with a condo I'm rehabbing in South Tampa. They called me 30 minutes ahead of when they were schedule to arrive. Like they said they would! They showed up on time. Like they said they would! They were prepared and professional. They got the job done. Fast. I WILL call Andie and Jordan and Luis again.

I have never had such awesome service. Not only was the scheduler polite and accommodating on the phone this morning, but the service persons-Jared - was so so polite and got the job done quickly and neatly. They're installing a new water heater this week. Will definitely recommend them to my friends
