Came out with timely scheduling. Didn't call ahead of time to let me know they were coming, and said everything was fine with the AC but obviously I wouldn't have called if that was the case. I questioned why the temperature wasn't lowering if everything is fine and then the man got rude and defensive and totally unprofessional. I'm just writing to let others know that you may not get anything fixed and will have a chance of dealing with rude service if you ask any questions.

What has happened to Bayonet plumbing? I called this morning about a service call for a plumbing repair they did 23 days ago (after 18 minutes of waiting on hold). They said they could not come out for 8 days. I unhappily said ok. Shortly thereafter I received a text that their people would be here between 12 & 4 today and asked me to confirm which I did. When 4:30 came and went I called to see what happened. After 20 minutes on hold, I was told that they would have to research what happened and was asked to hold. Lost the call, dialed 22 minutes later I was told the text I received was a glitch and should not have been sent. Finally rescheduled for two days from now. I spoke with a young lady named Katrina who was apologetic and helpful but I have been a Bayonet MVP customer for over 10 years and have never had anything to say but good things about them. If this is what I'm going to go through this every time I need help perhaps their corporate central scheduling should be addressed.

Update to my review. I am pleased to report that my money was refunded. Unfortunately this business stated they could not make the repair. Another Plumber had to be called and made the necessary repairs, along with an action plan to make changes so this doesn't keep happening.

I recently purchased a home in Clermont, and also purchased the MVP Contract from Bayonet for my air conditioning and plumbing services. For my first inspection for both systems, Bayonet dispatched Julio Gonzalez (Air) and Andrew Beldin (plumbing), and i could not have been happier with the service and the professionalism of both technicians. Both were very thorough and savvy in their respective specialties. They put my mind at ease, and i am pleased that i chose to do business with Bayonet, and highly recommend both of these technicians!

I had my annual plumbing inspection performed by Bayonet today. Scott Lohrman was my technician. He was super nice. He was very professional. He made several recommendations to me. I was very happy how he handled the job today. I learned a lot about preventive maintenance from him. I highly recommend Bayonet based on the quality of employees.

Coffee cream, ice cream, pasta, rice brown, soup, ravioli, salt, soda, detergent, salt for water, senekot, aspire, cocowater I was charged for a temporary repair by Ryan Miller that should have been covered by my first and second repair job. This problem should have been discovered and corrected at that time. I have been charged three times during a six months period for the same problem and he states this is only a temporary repair and provided no options to reduce payments of this repair to be a permanent repair. I feel I should be credited for the amount I was charged for the first and second repairs. Thank you, Dominic Colón

Our a/c went out today @ 4:30pm. We called Bayonet who promptly sent out a tech named Mike. Mike was so nice & he had our a/c fixed in under 10 mins. He collected $250 and advised us about their VIP program and left. 10 mins later we had a knock on our door. It was Mike. He came back to the house to let us know that he checked with his office and found out that our a/c unit is under warranty and that he should've only collected $143. WHAAAT!!? Best. Service. Ever. Thanks Bayonet!

Brought a brand new home with WCI Lennar in 2020, literally 1 day after my 1 year warranty expires the A/C goes out. They charged $95 service fee to come out and then another $125+ to reinstall the new thermostat. The thermostat part is covered under warranty but can you believe the part itself cost less than the install. The install look less than 5 minutes of work, how do you justify $125+ to """"reprogram and install"""". The """"work"""" done should really come out of the $99 service fee to, as many other companies do this. The warranty is a joke, for what I paid I could've purchased two brand new thermostats and installed it myself. In addition, I found a $45 coupon for NEW customers on their website, right after the technician left I called Bayonet and asked if they will add the $45 coupon towards what i was charged. The customer service rep tells me their manager stated they will not credit the $45 as it had to be presented at the time of service. No where on their website does it state that, and the technician literally just left no more than 10 minutes ago. See the promotion coupon for yourself. In the end, A/C is still not fixed the technician came back saying the expansion valve is broken and will cost an additional $300+. I am going to call another A/C for a 2nd opinion regarding the expansion value. I feel totally ripped off for the thermostat repair. IMO It's evident the Honeywell Thermostat and the expansion valve they installed was faulty after only having it for 1 year. Stay away and call other companies. Horrible customer service in my honest opinion, they don't seem to care about their """"new customers"""" they just care about their bottom line.

I scheduled an appointment with Bayonet for the third time and once again no one showed up. Even after calling them and speaking to a service representative they didn't show up. Again this is the third time I've scheduled an appointment. Don't waste your time.

The person who came to my home clearly did not want to work. I had to explain to him over and over that the a.c. was running yes, but not actually Cooling. Every time I would give push back that wasn't checking various things, he would then go and check them. Every time we spoke, he had a different answer for the problem though originally he said there was no problem. He called someone on his cell and had them listening in his pocket while I spoke because I could see it though his thin pocket material. I was very frustrated and that's when he asked if I was from up North. No I'm not, but what was That supposed to mean? He said there was a 14 degree split between outside and inside which was a clear lie. The a.c. went down 3 degrees in over an hour. This company and tech left me disgusted.
