Bayonet is the contractor used for Lennar homes. Not only has their work been mediocre at best but their customer service does not exist. Twice they were suppose to come to our NEW house and tile a small portion of the shower floor only to not show up. A lack of communication to say the least. They informed us after window of time passed they were NOT comfortable tiling a shower that was located on the 2nd floor. I'd be willing to bet we are not the only house in our development let alone in Orlando wanting a tile showered floor. With all the other plumbers available in this area I'd skip past them and find some who's comfortable in their job field. Bayonet just sucks.

Walter Anglin (Orlando, & Tampa Office) serviced our home. He is a very nice, professional, and thorough gentleman. He replaced our thermostat, explained how to sign back into the app, to add the new thermostat to our Honeywell Smart Home account, and told us about the programs they offer, to help keep our system running smoothly for many more years.

This company installed the a/c system in our new house in 2016, Since then, i have had to have them out almost 10 times for many different issues that should have never failed, compressor fans-twice on the same unit, thermostat issues not set up correctly coils had to be replaced, one unit twice. And a couple other issues many of which I had to pay out of pocket for a system less than 3 yrs old. Today was the final straw for me, after the tech finished installing the third set of coils, he failed To properly close my gate and let my dog escape. Luckily we found the dog a few hours later but this could have turned out very bad in a number of different ways. The bottom line is the tech was too lazy properly close the gate, will never use Bayonet again.

I recently purchased a home in Clermont, and also purchased the MVP Contract from Bayonet for my air conditioning and plumbing services. For my first inspection for both systems, Bayonet dispatched Julio Gonzalez (Air) and Andrew Beldin (plumbing), and i could not have been happier with the service and the professionalism of both technicians. Both were very thorough and savvy in their respective specialties. They put my mind at ease, and i am pleased that i chose to do business with Bayonet, and highly recommend both of these technicians!

Fernando the A/C technician did a great job getting my 2nd floor unit repaired. He was very knowledgeable about the issue my unit was having and did a quality repair job on swapping out my txv valve!

Horrible customer service. No idea on how to take a phone message. The woman from their office was incredibly rude. Supposed to be at the house between 5 and 9pm. Tech had between 1 and 2, even tho the office knew it was scheduled between5 and 9 pm.. Tech had no idea there was a service contract, tried to overcharge on the visit fee.

Horrible and condescending customer service in the office. No communication skills, Their tech was awesome! They arrived on Sunday Night 8/25 at 9:30 pm and finished at MIDNIGHT. They replaced a condenser fan motor and had the air up and running nice n' cold. The part they put in failed this AM. I called at 8:30 am to report my problem and was confronted with an attitude when I found out the part the put in was a """"BRIDGE"""" part. Nobody can tell me if or when the correct part will be here or installed. This part MAY be under Lennox warranty. I have tried back 4 times this morning and my call was dumped - no answering machine either. So now I sit here in a 86 degree house and have no idea what is up. I am a work at home person and this is no fun. l They made sure they charged my credit card last nite for approx $750.00 BUT forget to follow up... Pathetic customer service !!!

Our air conditioner is on the fritz...again...3rd time the motherboard has gone bad in 3 years when we bought it back in Aug 2016. I called Bayonet that put it in and here's the conversation: Me: Our air conditioner is not working AGAIN. We are getting the message on our thermostat, """"The thermostat has lost connection with the network"""". Customer service rep: I'm sorry...we can't help you with your WIFI connection. Me: Excuse me? This has nothing to do with the WIFI! If you look at our file you will see that we have had this same problem with this air conditioner ever since we purchased it. CSR: Well, if you don't want to call the manufacturer we can send someone out. Me: Excuse me? Why would I call the manufacturer? CSR: Well, I can send someone out today but it will be a $95 service call because it's outside of regular working hours and you will have to pay emergency rates for any repairs. Me: Excluse me? We signed up for an annual service contract so we could get a reduced rate if there is ever an emergency. CSR: Well, I see that service was not renewed and has lapsed. Me: Excluse me? I was not notified that it had lapsed. CSR: It's up to the homeowner to keep up with the payment.... Me: I'm hanging up now so I can go call someone who can really help me. We have had nothing but trouble with the Daikin unit they put in back in 2016. We moved here from TX and our air conditioner was out the first day we arrived...August 3! We didn't know anyone and so I went looking for an air conditioning group and found Bayonet. While they have helped us in the past in getting it fixed, I was incredibly stunned by the service I got today. And, the fact that we have had nothing but trouble with the unit they put in. I will be sending a letter to the president of the company and also to Daikin.

5/29/2019 Bayonet Plumbing 8950 New York Avenue Hudson, Florida 34667 727-863-5446 No Customer Service at All! I have had three encounters with Bayonet Plumbing for warranty work on my Daughter's hose in Land O Lakes Florida wit extremely negative results. The first two times they did not show up at all for the scheduled visit. The last occasion being today was scheduled for a window of 8 am to 12 noon with the tech showing up at 4 pm. The problem is that they were scheduled in coordination with the cabinet people who need them to remove two pea traps in the bathroom. The cabinet people showed twice today in an attempt to complete the repair, but to no avail as Bayonet Plumbing failed once again in showing up on time. I spent eight hours plus of my time waiting for Bayonet when a plumber showed after the cabinet people were long gone and there was no use in letting him take apart the bathroom when I had no idea when the cabinet people could return. Numerous calls to their customer service department were unsatisfactory as these employees could care less as reflected in their negative responses and finally hung up on me. T. M. Watts

The person who came to my home clearly did not want to work. I had to explain to him over and over that the a.c. was running yes, but not actually Cooling. Every time I would give push back that wasn't checking various things, he would then go and check them. Every time we spoke, he had a different answer for the problem though originally he said there was no problem. He called someone on his cell and had them listening in his pocket while I spoke because I could see it though his thin pocket material. I was very frustrated and that's when he asked if I was from up North. No I'm not, but what was That supposed to mean? He said there was a 14 degree split between outside and inside which was a clear lie. The a.c. went down 3 degrees in over an hour. This company and tech left me disgusted.
