I purchased the MVP plan in July 2021 that consists of two preventative maintanence cleanings. During the second cleaning appointment in April 2022, technician was not able to complete the work due to bad weather and the service department rescheduled the work to two weeks later. However, the second cleaning has not been completed so far. Fom April to December the company moved/rescheduled my appointment several times stating that the technician was running late due to prior jobs and won't be able to complete my work on those days. There were also some instances where the technician simply missed the appointment and there was no correspondence from Bayonet during those days. I can understand that missing 1 or 2 appointments in this line of business is common, but happening consistently for so many times is not acceptable.

Me and my wife moved into a new build in Venice. When I realized that the way for installation of the line set cover was to go into the soffit. My cover had a gap .I've called and called and finally my builders rep had gotten ahold of them.now mind you this is like the fourth time they showed up with a piece of sheet metal to cover the gap.I was attempting to make it easy for them so I figured they would have enough brains to do it to the best that they possibly can. But of course not, they just placed this piece in the gap without anchoring it. When I had a. Han e to see and check the piece a few days later I found it just resting in there and moved because it wasn't anchored . It's not rocket science guys. I'm from up north originally and this kind of bs would not stand. This repair was done unsatisfactory. Now since the home is under warranty they can come back and do it the way it's supposed to be.

We hired this company to install a water softener, and from day one nothing but problems. They also made us wait 2 months before they finally installed it due to them constantly canceling on us. They were out 6 times and each tech. gave us a different reason as to why the water softener was not working properly. They finally admitted that the tech. who installed the system did not install it properly.We had another company come and install a softener, and have had no issues since. Do not recommend this company at all.

I have used this air conditioning company for over a year and a half to fix my central air conditioner in Florida. I have had to call them back on 3 occasions for the same problem. They have failed to properly fix the problem or educate me and how to maintain my air conditioner. Stay away from this company. I have since hired another company that has educated me on maintaining my unit.

Bad customer service, takes like 30 minutes to talk to a representative. A/C only has cool air for about 3 months before it busts again and I have to call again to schedule another appointment with a technician. Overall a bad experience.

Called this business 3 times. Each time I got quoted 4 different quotes for a tankless water heater flush..1st quote was $93, 2nd quote when I called back to schedule the service was $116. When asked why the difference in a matter of an hour, I was advised that the $93 was an older quote. So i decided to think it over. I called back like 2 hours later to say ok fine let's do it...I was quoted $215!!!!! When asked what was going on i was told by John that the CEO had a company wide meeting 30 mins ago and said the new price is $215 with a $99 fee for diagnostics as well now....in a matter of maybe 4 hours or so the price changed a bunch of times....makes no sense and why would I trust a company who doesn't even have the numbers correct to handle anything important dealing with my home...no thank you.

What has happened to Bayonet plumbing? I called this morning about a service call for a plumbing repair they did 23 days ago (after 18 minutes of waiting on hold). They said they could not come out for 8 days. I unhappily said ok. Shortly thereafter I received a text that their people would be here between 12 & 4 today and asked me to confirm which I did. When 4:30 came and went I called to see what happened. After 20 minutes on hold, I was told that they would have to research what happened and was asked to hold. Lost the call, dialed 22 minutes later I was told the text I received was a glitch and should not have been sent. Finally rescheduled for two days from now. I spoke with a young lady named Katrina who was apologetic and helpful but I have been a Bayonet MVP customer for over 10 years and have never had anything to say but good things about them. If this is what I'm going to go through this every time I need help perhaps their corporate central scheduling should be addressed.

My first poor experience with Bayonet was signing up for their MVP program, which involved 2 AC tune ups per year. They scheduled me for a date a few weeks out. The day of the appointment I get a text saying they have to reschedule. Can't offer another date for almost 3 more weeks. Feeling like a real MVP already! Well now, we came home from vacation to a hot house. Immediately called Bayonet at noon on a Saturday. They couldn't give a timeframe but assured me someone would be out by the end of the day. So we waited. And waited. And waited. 6:00 came and I was nervous they forgot us, so I called to confirm we were still on their list. They assured me we were and advised we were next. About 30 minutes later they called and told me the tech was going to be a few more hours and asked if I wanted to continue to wait or be his first call the following day. Our house was 87°, I wanted to continue to wait. They said okay. Well guess what, they never showed up. Never even called to say they wouldn't be coming. Following morning (now Sunday) I call at 7am to explain the above. They apologize and have to add me to the list of calls for today. They told me I would be first in line. I waited 2 hours. Nothing. I called back at 9am to ask and they put me on hold to check with a supervisor. Came back and assured me I was first in line. I asked if they could provide some kind of timeframe but they just said the tech will call me when he's on his way. I waited another hour. Nothing. I realize it's Sunday but if you're going to offer 24 hour service maybe actually mean it. Seems to me the tech just does what he wants. I don't feel like a valued customer nor do they even care about the lack of customer service. I called another company that was able to give me specific arrival time and was very responsive. I will NEVER use Bayonet again.
