If I could give the a zero I would. We bought the service contract for two years and have not seen the for regular maintenance. They set up appointments they don't meet. I had a appointment for 10:00 am and waited the whole day. We got a text at 12:00 am! Saying the tech is 20 minutes out! Completely insane. Will never recommend this company. Totally irresponsible, they promise a manger callback and nothing.

They are by far the worse company ever! Do not use. They do not show up for scheduled appointments, they do not return phone calls, claim they order parts, promise manager call backs. We called another service due to their lack of communication.

The issues with them are several, so I'll list a few. They failed to install a P-trap in our new home, resulting in a raw sewer smell. Had to cut a hole in the ceiling to co back in and install and then had other trades come repair the hole and repaint. The second huge issue was a poorly installed toilet that leaked and caused water damage and microbial growth. Still in remediation. Use someone else!!!!

Lennar Touchstone Failure to maintain there equipment 666 dollar water bill due to water leaking Failure to honor warranty when I paid them to fix it the first time. Alvarez plumbing fixed the problem with no problem. Lennar, please please if you continue to build anywhere please abort there contract. There shady business practices are unfair to Lennar home owners.

The tech tried to scam us!! Do not use them!! They are not trustworthy at all. We called Bayonet because they put the HVAC unit in my house when we purchased it. They told us when we called any parts are covered by warranty and the service call was $99. After arriving he said the motor was gone but again covered my warranty. We have only been in this home for 3 years. The tech said the price was $269 if we got the service plan and $400 if we didn't. He said he was going to install a temporary motor until the new part is ordered and arrives. He left all kinds of wires hanging out the top of the unit. I told him I had grandkids and he needed to fix that. He said it's ok as long as no one touches it. Then he threatened to leave if I asked him any more questions. I keep quiet since he had my unit all torn up. When he finished he told me I owed him $500!!!! He now said I was paying for a motor that is under warranty and not even ordered. And he said he knew nothing about a service plan. The tech got so nasty with me I had to ask him to leave my house. Now I'm calling all around trying to find someone at Bayonet to help me. The tech refused to call his supervisor the 3 separate times I asked him to.

Just the most horrible experience with the A/C tech Angel and his boss Ryan. They were extremely rude and unprofessionally and at the end of the day they are refusing to repair an AC unit (which they confirmed is under warranty) and that they installed. Very disappointing and upsetting.

I purchased the MVP plan in July 2021 that consists of two preventative maintanence cleanings. During the second cleaning appointment in April 2022, technician was not able to complete the work due to bad weather and the service department rescheduled the work to two weeks later. However, the second cleaning has not been completed so far. Fom April to December the company moved/rescheduled my appointment several times stating that the technician was running late due to prior jobs and won't be able to complete my work on those days. There were also some instances where the technician simply missed the appointment and there was no correspondence from Bayonet during those days. I can understand that missing 1 or 2 appointments in this line of business is common, but happening consistently for so many times is not acceptable.

Me and my wife moved into a new build in Venice. When I realized that the way for installation of the line set cover was to go into the soffit. My cover had a gap .I've called and called and finally my builders rep had gotten ahold of them.now mind you this is like the fourth time they showed up with a piece of sheet metal to cover the gap.I was attempting to make it easy for them so I figured they would have enough brains to do it to the best that they possibly can. But of course not, they just placed this piece in the gap without anchoring it. When I had a. Han e to see and check the piece a few days later I found it just resting in there and moved because it wasn't anchored . It's not rocket science guys. I'm from up north originally and this kind of bs would not stand. This repair was done unsatisfactory. Now since the home is under warranty they can come back and do it the way it's supposed to be.

We hired this company to install a water softener, and from day one nothing but problems. They also made us wait 2 months before they finally installed it due to them constantly canceling on us. They were out 6 times and each tech. gave us a different reason as to why the water softener was not working properly. They finally admitted that the tech. who installed the system did not install it properly.We had another company come and install a softener, and have had no issues since. Do not recommend this company at all.

I have used this air conditioning company for over a year and a half to fix my central air conditioner in Florida. I have had to call them back on 3 occasions for the same problem. They have failed to properly fix the problem or educate me and how to maintain my air conditioner. Stay away from this company. I have since hired another company that has educated me on maintaining my unit.
