Absolute worst sink install we could have imagined! I am now 2 hours into trying to clean the silicone off of my brand new countertops left behind by this persons sloppy work!! Save yourself a lot of aggravation and call another plumber, we sure wish we would have!!

Working with this company was literally a nightmare. We were working them through our Sears Warranty. They were unreliable in every way possible. It took weeks of phone tag and missed appointments before a plumber got to the house. It then took over 2 months to have our three sinks fixed. They were over 2 hours late to every scheduled appointment and I spent 10 more hours waiting on visits they never even showed up to. To top it off, we were swindled out of 200 dollars by them. We were approved to replace our 3 sinks with standard grade faucets ($65), but we personally bought all new faucets (total of $550). When we called sears to be reimbursed, they said that Bayless already claimed the difference and they weren't able to pay us anything. (thats a whole other story!) Save yourself the headache, and work with a different company.

3 attempts to install a water heater and it's still leaking and installed improperly.

Supply line has popped off three times and caused excessive water in my basement

Sent a tech that wasn't licensed to do plumbing in Ohio.

I was told they would install a whirlpool water heater and they installed some off brand I've never heard of.

Steer clear of this company!!!
