Way over priced and terrible customer service. To replace a 1''1/2 water supply ball valve $704.99. Ridiculous!! Christian, Pictures to follow

On a practical note; if you live on Pensacola Beach, don't call Bayfront Plumbing because they charge $330 minimum to perform service call at beach irrespective of problem solving accomplishing. That's there cost to you for mobilizing to Pen Beach. Bayfront Plumbing was hired by our contractor DelGallo on a Hurricane Sally restoration almost 2 years ago. We are still uncovering shoddy and incompetent plumbing performed on the job to include: shower valve was hung with an ELECTRICAL FIXTURE BRACKET. (yes, you read that correctly, unbelievable). The 3 point shower valve we selected was plumbed for 3 points; even though it SHOULD BE OBVIOUS to any plumber that the installation involved only 2 points between rainhead and handheld sprayer. Therefore, the diverter is malfunctional or nonfunctional at all. In addition, the valve cartridge was forced during installation and broke off plastic tip on cartridge bottom. (talk about wham-bam) We have already been through tile removal and sheetrock removal in adjacent bedroom to remove electrical fixture bracket and properly brace. That was followed by tile work to replace tiles that had to be removed, sheetrock repair (and requisite dust) plus repainting. Now, I am bracing up to do round 3 or 4 of remediation on our botched DelGallo/Bayfront Plumbing bathroom.

These guys were life savers when we had an emergency leak under our dishwasher, which flooded below our brand new floors ~ of course on a weekend. They came right out, diagnosed the problem and got us all fixed in record time. They were courteous, prompt and skilled. From now on we will always use these guys and highly recommend them to all our friends and family.
