We had a leak in a crawl space on Sunday. Called first thing Monday morning since we had shut the main water valve off, Bayer sent someone out by 9:30. Very personable and knowledgeable. Fixed a few things that weren't right while he was fixing my leak. Awesome customer service!

We had various plumbing problems - slow running toilet, leaky sink, a slow-running sink. Bayer's responded quickly, their workman was professional and efficient, and he explained everything that he did to make sure we knew what the problem was. He offered different options and provided the pricing for the various choices. We ended up getting all our plumbing problems fixed quickly and professionally and spent far less than we anticipated. Highly recommended.

I contacted Bayer's Plumbing on three separate occasions. The first time, the gentleman on the phone was unable to help nail down a quote, but committed to calling me back. Two weeks passed without a call. I called again and left a message asking for someone to call me back. They did not. I called a third time and reached someone knowledgeable. They said I'd have to come into the showroom. I wasted nearly a month waiting for call backs. I don't recommend Bayer's.

Came out to clear an outside drain line and repair a washer hookup. Fixed nothing, managed to somehow spray sewage all over my basement via back pressure, didn't clear the drainpipe, didn't fix the washer hook up, charged me $200 for the frustration. Told us not to flush anything solid and they would be back ""sometime next week"" If you've got a plumbing problem don't hesitate to call someone else first.

Called for a plumber and had one within a 3 hour period after the call . A plumber by the name of Don came and he was very courteous. The bill was very reasonable and we were totally satisfied. When in need of a plumber there will be no hesitation to use Bayer's again

Terrible customer service. Poor craftsmanship. Highly encourage you to look elsewhere for service. If you want to overpay somebody to do the job halfway Bayers is the place to go!
