Like most, I had a plumbing issue requiring a somewhat immediate need of professional attention. My 1st ""Go-To"" plumber never called back. After a few days waiting, I threw in the towel and searched for another plumbing company. Baybreeze Plumbing & Gas, which carried FIVE-STASRS, was my choice. I called in the morning and had professional service that same morning! Mike & Team assessed the job, pulled the parts needed from their van and had my home back to normal in no time at all! This business was very responsive to an emergency plumbing call. That is the only nice thing I can say. Unfortunately, the job was very big and they left me high and dry with no solution. I went four days without any toilet or shower because they couldn't find the clog. The owner said I needed all new pipes and I might as well replace it with a bathroom remodel which would cost me thousands. I hired someone else and they took on the job and snaked my sewer system properly with little expense and not requiring a full bathroom remodel. Maybe they only handle small jobs because it was obvious the owner didn't want this large job. Buyer beware!

Second time using BB Plumbing. Had a water backup issue at my wife's business. Called BB and came out the same day. Found the problem bust could not get to it be ause of the location behind the water heater. Needed more equipment and came back the next day and climbed over the water heater and fixed the issue. Both times they gave worked it when I was in a pinch and was very reasonable with the bill. I will be calling them with my plumbing problems for sure.

Needed help with a dripping shower and loss of hot water pressure. The owner, Robin, was very knowledgeable about possible causes and helped me to understand what was needed. The technicians, Justin and Monty, worked very efficiently to get the job done. Cannot recommend enough. Their quote was extremely fair, and half of what I was quoted from Roto-Rooter. Will be hiring them the next time I have plumbing needs.

I had a kitchen sink draining very slowly/backed up that I had tried to snake myself with no luck. I contacted Bay Breeze late on a Wednesday night and they messaged me back saying they could be out Friday afternoon. I had told initially them it wasn't an emergency, but the backup got worse later, and I asked if they could make it out to me the next day. They said they would try to do so, and they DID. The tech who was helping me was Justin and this guy is the best. He called me multiple times to update me on arrival time and was just super friendly and professional. He had my issue resolved in about an hour. While telling Justin that I was so happy to find a plumber that I could trust, he spoke highly of Robin, the owner and of the company. This is rare. I am grateful to have found these guys (shout out to YELP). I already have another job coming up that I will be using Bay Breeze for. Five stars for this company. Very pleased.

Baybreeze is awesome!! Robin is very communicative and his team did an awesome job at replacing my old and broken cast iron pipes. They fixed the pipes in two hours! This team is super friendly, super professional, and good at what they do. I would recommend Baybreeze to anyone! Very fair pricing as well.
