Bay Breeze Plumbing is one of the few HONEST and professional service companies I have used in Hampton Roads. Justin and his trainee showed up and quickly assessed the plumbing issues from leaky faucets to slow drains and proposed common sense budget friendly recommendations. This type of service model is unheard of in todays plumbing, HVAC, and electric companies.

By-pass the other plumbing companies if you want honest local PROFESSIONAL plumbers. There is no calling back to a ""supervisor"" or manager to figure out the plumbing issue. Justin knows his trade and customer service. I will be using them when I have the home remodeled and all my plumbing upgraded as I know the work they perform is correct.

I went with Bay Breeze due to their 5 star ratings. Best decision I could have made! Robin was so fast with responding and getting me set up with his awesome team. They were on time, communicated great, friendly and professional. I just moved to the area from California and I have been really stressed with getting the shower fixed. Taking out a tub, changing the drain and fixtures. I've also been on a crunched time frame but Bay Breeze made the entire process smooth and fast. Amazing people!! Robin was a great help when my hot water heater leaked, causing a small flood in my home. He gave me a great rate on a new water heater and worked around my other service providers to uninstall and reinstall the unit several times so that I wouldn't have to go without hot water for weeks and so that I could get the floor replaced without having the unit in the way. I'll definitely use Bay Breeze Plumbing for any future plumbing needs and refer to family and friends.

My garbage disposal was not working, it wouldn't turn on and when I turned on my dishwasher, the water and food would come up from the sink. He fixed it in less than 5 minutes and showed me how to fix it in case it got jammed again. Also, came the very same day in about 15 minutes max after we talked. If I could Recommend this company a thousand times I would!! Its run by a husband and wife which I love!! Also means you could be waiting a few days for an appointment but he still gets you in as fast as possible. And honestly This company is worth the wait. I had a leak coming from a wall that two other plumbing companies could not find the source of. Robin found the issue and fixed it right up. I had some other issues I needed fixed as well and he was able to accommodate those for me. Look no further! This guy is the plumber you need.
