Nate is knowledgeable and honest. I had some confusion about my sump pump set up and he happily spent 30 minutes on the phone talking me through possible solutions. He also accurately predicted what a competitor would try to sell me (for far far more than I could afford). He is a pleasure to work with, I'm so glad to know I have a reliable plumber and HVAC guy I can always call on.

He is also great about calling you back if there is any delay with his service and he's super friendly on the phone and available 24/7, which is great in times of emergency system failure. I called someone else that tried to sell me things that I didn't need for a really high price, then I spoke with Nate. He gave me a very fair price for a weekend hot water tank replacement, and was responsive regarding his ETA. He was pleasant to deal with and I will definitely use him again for plumbing services!

I highly recommend Bay State Heating & Cooling. We were in a pinch as our AC broke down on a warm day when we had visitors coming over. Nathan responded immediately and was at our house within an hour. He was quick to identify the issue and was able to get the AC running again in under an hour of work. His pricing was very reasonable as well. Nathan even spent time with me explaining the issue and gave me some pointers on how best to maintain my system to prevent issues going forward. He gave me a quote and arrived at my home in 1.5 hours to fix the problem. Nate was very professional and courteous. Thorough and cleaned up after. Even put on shoe covers while working in the bathroom.
