My tank water heater finally gave up the ghost after 20+ years, so I reached out to several plumbers to get a quote for a tankless setup. Tony provided a very competitive bid, even though I had some complex gas line routing issues, and I wound up going with him. The removal of the old tank heater and the installation of the new one went quickly, and it was all over in a few hours.

A few days later we noticed that there was a faint smell of natural gas in the utility room. I called PSE, they came out and told me there was a small leak. That was Mother's Day. I wound up letting Tony know, and he was able to come out in less than an hour on Mother's Day, find and confirm the problem, and resolve the issue, so that PSE could come back out and turn on the gas that same day.

What I liked about all of this, despite the small problem with the initial install, is that Tony was very responsive and communicative, came promptly when needed, and fixed it. Would it have been better had there not been that small leak? Sure it would have been. But what I've seen with other installers is that they come do the initial install, because that's the most profitable part. They promise great follow-up service, and fail to deliver. So, I'd much rather see that Tony lived up to the expectations he set, and I'll be sure to use him again because customer satisfaction matters to him.

Tony was awesome! Showed him to replace my shower heads in 2 bathrooms, I bought them ahead of time and he was pretty quick, maybe 20 mins tops, and was done. The estimate was negotiable and without a doubt it was worth it! It's so much enjoyable to take a shower with the added filter, because we have hard water, absolutely you feel the difference! The hot and cold outdoor water bib on our house was leaking water so I reached out to a few companies to get bids. Tony responded promptly and gave me a rough estimate which I agreed to. He came out the next day and looked at the bib and got it replaced promptly. Any questions I had was answered quickly and he kept me in the loop during the whole process. I highly recommend him and will be using him for future projects.

Tony was outstanding. From the first interaction via the yelp bids mechanism, to showing up on time, diagnosing and fixing a challenging water leak which turned out to be caused by a pinhole leak in a pipe in the ceiling. Prices were not the lowest given other bids, but you often get what you pay for in this industry, there's no way others could really know what the root cause of the leak was - and Tony was up front and honest about costs, unknowns, and not upselling.

Tony is super helpful, reasonable, and responsive. My faucet broke off, and it only took a few texts back and forth with him to set up the job. I sent him a picture of the problem, and he arrived with a new faucet, removed the old one and installed it in about 40 minutes.
