Bay Side plumbing is the best. After a shower valve exploded in one of our condos at 10pm on a Saturday night, we called a dozen plumbers. Not a single answer or availability, except for Luis at bayside. He was out here within the hour and came with the correct part based off what we had discussed the issue being on the phone.

He was on time and very fairly priced for Saturday night emergency pricing. He had the water back on and repair done within the hour! Very impressed with their services and recommend them highly!

Luis just completed a nice re-pipe job at 100 plus year old property in downtown San Rafael!!! The dude is the ultra professional, very courteous, and did a wonder! Off the back he didn't appear to be the contractor that tries to run a game on you. Honest, a sharer of the processes of the project, and a down-right hard worker! The plus side is he'll most likely leave your space cleaner than it was prior to his arrival!!!

Luis took excellent care with replacing a water regulator, two outdoor faucets and a water tank pressure reliefvalve. He is a great communicator, very Timely, professional, gave me do-it-yourself tips and was very reasonably priced. I would use Bay Side Plumming again.

This company though located in Petaluma gave me great service in San Francisco.

They came out quickly when plumbing was causing water to back up into tub and toilets on third floor rental flat. They solved that issue and showed me where very old plumbing with insufficient slope on the waste pipes was at least part of the problem.

They replaced the old lines including the runs from toilets and tub in upper unit for a good price,

Communication was great and they worked with me to delay some of the work when tenant became Covid positive.

I would recommend them to anyone and plan to use them again.

Bay Side Plumbing/Luis & Co. completely overhauled all the pluming, drainage, gas lines in my home including, the main waterline (from the street), relocated the main water shut off valve, installed a new water heater, installed a new pressure valve, installed new exterior hose bibbs, and gas shutoff valves. I just handed the keys over (the house is in South San Francisco and I live in Los Angeles) to Luis and let him take care of the work which was completed over the period of 1 month. Luis kept me updated with the work via video chat, text photos, and frequent phone calls. I highly recommend Bay Side Plumbing as they performed excellent work and beat all the quotes I received from 6 different Bay Area/Peninsula plumbing companies.
