Awesome. The actual cost ended up being less than the estimate. That shows honesty. He was also very knowledgeable and patient with the questions I had on plumbing and black mold that was discovered (toilet leaking above garage for months). Fixed it quickly on the same visit. If you need plumbing help, fixes, or just advice don't hesitate to call Luis @ Bay Side Plumbing. I've worked with him twice now a few years apart and both times I had a VERY good experience with Luis. He comes on time and is honest, hard working, thorough, and to the point.

Most recently he fixed two running toilets and guided me through working with the water company to correct over charges related to the issue with the toilets. He also crawled the house to ensure there were no water leaks and gave me a full run down of what was done well or what needed some work.

Luis is amazing! He's professional, friendly, thorough, has fair prices, and is REALLY knowledgeable.

I booked him when my kitchen sink started leaking and not only did he fix that, but also helped clean the p-trap under the bathroom sink so it could drain faster. It's been a few weeks and everything is still running smoothly.

I love that he works with you to find a solution within your budget and patiently answers questions on how to prevent leaking in the future. For example, I learned to not to put potato skins down the garbage disposal which may be basic info to some, but was really valuable to me!

I had Bayside Plumbing install a new water pressure valve today. Luis is great. On Tuesday he first tried maintenance on the original pressure valve but it did not work. He came back today and installed the new one. He even got me a device to check the pressure. He was great, worked very efficiently, was neat and on time. Very reliable. I would definitely recommend Bayside Plumbing and will call him again in the future, if needed.
