The employees are awful. They came to to do work and literally got into a yelling argument with the staff at my building because they wouldn't follow direction about where to park. The Bay Plumbing employee literally was threatening to fight the guy trying to do his job. They're complete animals. The most unprofessional people I've ever worked with and that's saying a lot for Miami. Super embarrassing. I recommend to use Borkat Plumbing. Super professional people. The people at Bay Plumbing are ratchet AF. You don't want these people in your home.

showed up to unclog sink charged 396 dollars now it's clogged again called since they were here on 1/25 they said they don't guarantee their work time to avoid these people and report to the bbb

Bay Plumbing , although used in past, was unreliable and unresponsive to an emergency at a private school with very young students on campus that had all toilets backing up. Repeatedly called and told on way ot next call. Do not use a service that cannot perform. Anle to use Coral Gables plumbing who responded immediately late afternoon when called .

OMG!!! After calling and asking exactly what they charge to install a faucet, (126.90), I made the appt! Man came and gave me a bill of 263.30!! I said. ,""""WHAT""""???? YES! They have a hidden charge for """"TRAVEL TIME""""!!!!! 140.00 EXTRA FOR TRAVEL?? WHERE DID HE COME FROM---KEY WEST??? So basically, wherever they have been, they charge you the minute they start they truck and head to you!!! BEWARE!!!! BE VERY AWARE!! Just got off the phone with Coral Gables Plumbing and they charge to minute they enter your HOUSE! Call them!!

MAJOR RIP OFF IN TRAVEL CHARGES!! I have used Bay Plumbing for several years and have always had great service from the plumbers they send. Yesterday I called them to snake my kitchen drain, they sent a plumber out, first call, who successfully cleared the drain and handed me a bill for just under $400. My issue is that $120 of that charge was for 'travel charges'. It cost me $120 before the plumber even knocked on my door. Bay Plumbing is 6 miles away, I paid $20 per mile for a plumber to drive to my home. When I called the office to inquire about such a large travel charge, I was told 'we charge for travel time and that's what it costs'. STAY AWAY

The saga continues. After thousands of dollars and 2 years and 3 toilets we finally had to call another plumbing company (Coral Gables Plumbing) because the toilet STILL continued to get stuck. LO AND BEHOLD the most amazing thing was discovered . An old metal pipe cutting tool had been lodged in the pipes for many years! I don't understand why Bay Plumbing did not discover this since we were told and we paid for the same camera diagnostics that Coral Gables Plumbing did.

I have used Bay Plumbing for many years for jobs both large and small. When I had a major leak a few years ago, they brought a smart solution that saved me a lot of money and a ton of headache. Recently, they quickly and efficiently changed a broken shower fixture. The guys are always friendly and on time, they clean up and, most importantly, give it to you straight.

Absolutely the best plumbing company in Miami/Coconut Grove/Key Biscayne...highly recommend Bay Plumbing - they immediately showed up to help with our emergency; since it involved buying our house, just prior to Closing, it was a tremendous relief to our family.

Constantly re-arranging work schedule. Made me schedule roofers according to their time frame to compete their work. Then, changed times again. Then, never showed up and never replied to texts and messages. Extremely unprofessional.

After asking neighbors for recommendations, I decided to call Bay Plumbing to take a look at my tankless water heater. They explained pricing and set up a time to visit between 12 and 2. They called first. I missed the call and returned it within 5 minutes. They explained I would be the next stop. A short time later, the receptionist/dispatcher told me they weren't sure what they could do for me and that I should just buy a new water heater. I didn't even speak to a plumber to discuss the issue. They gave me the impression that it was the end of their day and just didn't want to bother. I ended up having the water heater repaired. It was an easy fix. Certainly did not cost the amount of a new unit. I won't call Bay Plumbing again.
