I work at a start-up in Palo Alto and we needed a plumbing issue addressed, but our usual plumbing company wasn't answering their phones. Called up Bay Plumbing (not sure why now) and this start-up will never go back.

Every time I call Bay Plumbing I get fast, professional fixes. Just this morning a bathroom fixture wouldn't stop flowing. Called Kathy at 9am. Harry stopped by between jobs and took care of the issue without me even knowing (and the bathroom is across the hall from my office).

Could not be more pleased with this service. Never had to use him for residential problems (though I absolutely would), but for commercial issues I could not find a better company that Bay Plumbing.

I really like this plumber. In fact I got motivated to register for Yelp to sing his praises. He is an old hand and obviously knows his stuff.

We have a problem with one of our bathrooms. The previous random plumber took all day and charged us $750 to not really fix the problem. Harry came in and was out again in 2 hours ($115 / hr). I was greatly impressed by his knowledge and ability to understand the situation without a lot of messing around.

Also, he went above and beyond by repairing a long standing slow shower in a jiffy without even really being asked to.

Great service. Great authentic guy. Will certainly be calling him first next time I need a plumber.

Harry was great! Gave him a call for some slow drains, he called when he said he would, and showed up when he said he would too. If only all folks could do that! $115 for him to come out, and a quick 10 minute job and he was done. Problem solved.

Will definitely be calling him again for any other issues.

We had a cracked p-trap and were unable to replace the parts as they were outdated. (This was on a Sunday). We contacted Harry at Bay Plumbing based on numerous stellar Yelp reviews. He returned our call first thing in the morning and gave us a ""window"" of when he would arrive to fix the problem. His assistant notified us that he was on his way.

Harry fixed the problem in less than an hour and updated how the pipes connected. By doing this, if we had a similar issue in the future, we could fix it easier and save money!

We highly recommend Bay Plumbing and are now going to recommend Harry and this company to anyone in need of a very experienced and professional plumber.

Once again saved by Yelp...

I called and waited for Roto Rooter. They promised me a technician within 2 hours. No one even showed or called me within the 2 hours...so I yelped for a local plumber. ""Bay Plumbing"" had all good reviews. So I set you a time with Harry...the lady of the phone was extremely nice, pleasant and professional! I explained her the problem and she told me that Harry had the sump pump I needed and he will come ready in case the pump need to be replace...go figure a plumber that will come ready to work rather than for an estimate! I will report back once he does the work.

I have been having ongoing problems with my two toilets. I called Dave's Plumbing previously. They came out here and charged me $160 for a 5 minute job, and then try to ""upsell"" me into a $500 repair that is totally unrelated.

6 weeks after Dave's Plumbing ""fixed"" my problem, my toilets started acting up again. This time I called Harry of Bay Plumbing. Boy, WHAT A DIFFERENCE.

I called Monday morning. Harry called me back within a couple of hours, and he came to my home that very afternoon!

He took the time to carefully diagnose the issues. Rather than recommended costly repair right off the bat, he stepped me thru the troubleshooting steps. He finally diagnosed the problem to a improperly installed wax ring. I had him reinstall both toilets for me. He spent 2.5 hours there and charged me a very reasonable $105 per hour. The much cheaper that Dave's Plumbing, and more importantly, Harry was very careful in diagnosing the problem to make sure the root cause was fixed.

I showed Harry that ""issue"" that Dave's plumbing pointed out to me that required a $500 fix. Harry said the issue is a non-issue and is not even close to requiring a fix.

Harry was quick to respond, timely, professional, and most importantly - HONEST. He is also reasonably priced. He even left both toilets sparkling clean! One of them was pretty nasty having had the ""stuff"" stewed in it for a couple of days. After Harry left, I gathered my cleaning supplies and prepared to clean a nasty bowl. When I open the lid, imagine my pleasant surprise that Harry had already cleaned the bowl sparkling white!
