We had a cracked p-trap and were unable to replace the parts as they were outdated. (This was on a Sunday). We contacted Harry at Bay Plumbing based on numerous stellar Yelp reviews. He returned our call first thing in the morning and gave us a ""window"" of when he would arrive to fix the problem. His assistant notified us that he was on his way.

Harry fixed the problem in less than an hour and updated how the pipes connected. By doing this, if we had a similar issue in the future, we could fix it easier and save money!

We highly recommend Bay Plumbing and are now going to recommend Harry and this company to anyone in need of a very experienced and professional plumber.

Once again saved by Yelp...

I called and waited for Roto Rooter. They promised me a technician within 2 hours. No one even showed or called me within the 2 hours...so I yelped for a local plumber. ""Bay Plumbing"" had all good reviews. So I set you a time with Harry...the lady of the phone was extremely nice, pleasant and professional! I explained her the problem and she told me that Harry had the sump pump I needed and he will come ready in case the pump need to be replace...go figure a plumber that will come ready to work rather than for an estimate! I will report back once he does the work.

I have been having ongoing problems with my two toilets. I called Dave's Plumbing previously. They came out here and charged me $160 for a 5 minute job, and then try to ""upsell"" me into a $500 repair that is totally unrelated.

6 weeks after Dave's Plumbing ""fixed"" my problem, my toilets started acting up again. This time I called Harry of Bay Plumbing. Boy, WHAT A DIFFERENCE.

I called Monday morning. Harry called me back within a couple of hours, and he came to my home that very afternoon!

He took the time to carefully diagnose the issues. Rather than recommended costly repair right off the bat, he stepped me thru the troubleshooting steps. He finally diagnosed the problem to a improperly installed wax ring. I had him reinstall both toilets for me. He spent 2.5 hours there and charged me a very reasonable $105 per hour. The much cheaper that Dave's Plumbing, and more importantly, Harry was very careful in diagnosing the problem to make sure the root cause was fixed.

I showed Harry that ""issue"" that Dave's plumbing pointed out to me that required a $500 fix. Harry said the issue is a non-issue and is not even close to requiring a fix.

Harry was quick to respond, timely, professional, and most importantly - HONEST. He is also reasonably priced. He even left both toilets sparkling clean! One of them was pretty nasty having had the ""stuff"" stewed in it for a couple of days. After Harry left, I gathered my cleaning supplies and prepared to clean a nasty bowl. When I open the lid, imagine my pleasant surprise that Harry had already cleaned the bowl sparkling white!

Another happy customer of Harry and his company Bay Plumbing. He replaced the fixtures in an old tub/shower and replaced our broken and leaking Insinkerator hot water device.

He's honest and will talk you through the problem and the various alternatives for fixes. He can also buy materials for you. He was easy to communicate with, was on time, and was very proactive with his follow up calls (when I was waiting for the ordered materials to arrive).

Overall I'm very happy with the results and strongly recommend him.

Just used Harry at Bay Plumbing to have a dripping, unturnable faucet fixed. finding a good plumber can be daunting so i used Yelp 1st. what a surprise find, i call harry & leave a message with my problem. a leaking internal fire sprinkler within the house. he calls back the next day & i explain the problem. he actually calls back. most contractors are so busy they forget customer service.

i'm pretty good with most mechanical projects so he talks me thru it. he says it would run me a 100-150 to fix so he walks me through the project in a precise manner.

it took me a half hour total time moving at a snails pace. i can't think of any contractor ever doing that. he has any of my future plumbing business. thank to yelp & the people who contribute.

We had our leaky tub for a few weeks before I finally decided to call a plumber. I used Yelp to find Harry at Bay Plumbing and I was totally happy with the results. I wasn't in a rush, and would have to come home from work to meet up for the fix. Harry kept in touch and showed up when he said he would. He shut off our water, navigating our messy garage, and fixed the problem promptly. His price was completely reasonable, the faucet doesn't drip, and he didn't mind that my dog supervised the repair. I totally recommend him.
