Our 1926 bathtub required constant washer replacements until it came
to the point the handles had to be replaced. Tony tried to save them but
the fixtures were so old there were no existing parts. He figured out a
way to provide new tub and shower fixtures and also fixed our leaking
toilet. We can't recommend Tony highly enough, he is patient and explains everything that is required to do the job. His prices are more

Mystery leak in our house that we assumed was coming from the upstairs shower/tub combo. Tony and his co-worker responded same day and we completely geared up for COVID prevention (masks, gloves and shoe covers) and discovered where the leak was coming from and fixed it quickly. They also offer a 90 day warranty on their work if there are any issues. Very professional and efficient plumbers that I recommend highly.

Tony is excellent. During the Coronavirus Shelter in Place he was quick to respond. A bunch of us in our neighborhood decided it was time to get our Earthquake gas shutoff valves installed for a number of houses. Tony was helpful with all of us neighbors, dealing with each of us individually for the work and payment, etc. Good communication and collaboration. He and his helper wore masks and kept social distancing. His pricing was fair and he explained it clearly. He treated each house and owner individually, explaining possible issues that might come up (e.g. an old furnace problem, a meter that was under the house--might be better to get it moved out from under first, etc). He seemed knowledgeable and straightforward. He left everything cleaned up nicely. Everybody was very happy with him and happy to find a new plumber as well.

In the middle of installing our gas shutoff valves he also dealt with a sink issue I had at work. He took time out to fix the faucet assembly so we wouldn't have to buy a new one. This was on a weekend! He was very fair about all of it. Very handy and price conscious which I appreciated. I've recommended him to other friends since then and they've been very happy with him as well.

Tony at Bay Plumbing is just amazing! My garbage disposal had not been working for a month and as you can imagine things were already starting to smell, lol. I had asked a couple of friends with a bit of plumbing knowledge to take a look. They tried to reset the disposal machine with no avail. They just didn't know what was wrong with the machine.

After a while, I decided that I had no choice but to call an expert. That's where Tony comes into the picture. He came and take a look at our disposal unit and after 20 minutes he figured out the problem. There was a tiny spoon blocking the machine. He proceeded to take it out and Voila! The machine worked as good as new!

I appreciate such a professional and honest service. Tony told us that it was great the machine still worked as it is high end machine that came with the property.

I'm glad to have found Tony and Bay Plumbing and soon will be calling him to help me install a new tankless water heater. Thanks Tony!
