Called this morning about my water heater and Terry was here within an hour or so. He was able to get a new heater and his boys were back to install it this afternoon. Terry and his wife were awesome. Will use him again. Very affordable.

I have called on Bay Cam plumbing several times. Robin in the office is courteous and shows she cares about the customer. She will listen to the issue, make suggestions and do everything she can to promptly get the technicians to the house.
Brock and Manny, the technicians that have been out to my house were great. Very informative and hard workers. They do not settle. If they try something and it doesn't work, they go another route to correct the issue.
I could go on and on. Great people. And will be my first call in the future if I have plumbing problems. I highly recommend them.

I just had a visit from Bay Cam Plumbing. The technician, Richard, was very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. This is a small, DP-owned business with a very nice staff. They were willing to fit-me-in rather than a 3-week wait for another local company--just for a water heater re-light. I will definitely use BayCam for my plumbing needs. A friend of mine recommended these plumbers to me. They were very fast at responding, which I was grateful for.... I had gone to bed exhausted after my sinks filled up and MY dishwasher flooded. (Thankfully I have a wonderful daughter who helped me as we bailed all the water we could and turned our backyard into a swamp.). After getting friends recommendations I called Bay Cam at 12-12:30. The young man who helped me, (Oh my gosh, when did the 30's become young?) spent an hour and a half getting the peelings from a 5 lb bag of potatoes (hey! My hubby was sweet to have peeled them I am mumbling "half full glass; half full glass."). I had noticed a sink back up before this, I don't care to think what else was in our lines.
It has been at least two months and still works great.
So basically I highly recommend both of my helpers, the plumber and my daughter, but only one of them will come to your home!

Same day service to fix our leaking kitchen sink. Except turned out to be our dishwasher instead. I then showed them a dripping sound our toilet made with each flush and they were able to diagnose and repair the problem within a couple of hours and quoted me a fair price.
