My kitchen faucet suddenly stopped running, another plumber charged way more and misdiagnosed the problem and couldn't even fix it. Boris was able to come by the next day, fixed what was thought was the problem, then came back to diagnose and fix the actual problem at no extra cost.

My experience with Boris (and Jesse) was exactly as other reviewers: he answered his own phone, showed up on time, was efficient in identifying and fixing my leaky pipe. There were multiple holes in the drywall that needed to be made - FYI he doesn't patch those up, which he let me know beforehand and I had expected, and he left things in a neat state. I also found it a positive that he lets you know his hourly rate when you book (I've been burned before by ""free estimates"").

We had to attach an valve to our gas line to hook up our dryer. Boris was straight to the point and offer a very clear and easy quote when I called. Other plumbers wanted to do a free estimate, making things more complex. I texted him a photo and he responded right away, came the very next day and pricing was good compared to other plumbers I called. He seems no nonsense, trustworthy and straight to the point. I will definitely use him again but hope we won't need to!

We were rushed to find someone to fix our backed up drain in our garage before the rain starts. We had a giant puddle in the garage that we were able to plunge but the water still didn't seem to be draining. I called Boris who came same day and was super helpful. Boris installed a new sink after an old one was damaged. He helped me choose a new sink over email and came on time to install it. He noticed it was cracked so saved me the trouble and expense of having to install and remove it later. When I finally had a good sink to install, he came back and did a great job. His communication is excellent and he is totally dependable. He also fixed a pop up drink plug that was likely going to have to be replaced. Bravo Boris!

We had a toilet problem and contacted Bay Area Plumbing around 1 pm on a weekday, and Boris was able to come around 3 pm. When we called initially we described the problem to the very helpful receptionist who asked us some questions about the toilet to make sure Boris would have the correct parts when he arrived, and he did. He was able to fix the issue efficiently and also provided some education to us on another plumbing question we had. Thank you for the speedy and quality service!
