Ron was great. We needed a faucet replaced -- we had been struggling with this one for several years. No matter how many replacement faucets or new plumbers we tried, it leaked every time. Ron was strongly recommended to us by the plumbing store, who remarked that he was very pleasant to work with. He was able to set up an appointment fairly quickly. He arrived on time (actually early). Explained all the options, and helped us decide what was best. All with a wry sense of humor. Did the job as requested -- on time and on budget. They have been to our property three times - two for outdoor drain problems and the third was to replace a garbage disposal.
