Wow, this Ronald J Lem Sr is highly unprofessional. First he tells me that a camera is $250, then he says it's $250 an hour, then he starts complaining about me not knowing the difference between a two way cleanout and one way cleanout (he's the plumber, not me). Then he says ""this is not going to work"" and hung up. This is what you get when you find a plumber on Craigslist, who happens to be 65 years old and cranky. Skip this company and Ron!

Ron was fantastic. Got to our house on time and went straight to work. We had a major back up in our shower (which was spewing sewage...) and toilet and he found the issue and solved it within a matter of a few hours. He also went above and beyond by helping to clean up the soiled shower afterwards which was a big relief to my 5 months pregnant self. highly recommend!

Ron was great. We needed a faucet replaced -- we had been struggling with this one for several years. No matter how many replacement faucets or new plumbers we tried, it leaked every time. Ron was strongly recommended to us by the plumbing store, who remarked that he was very pleasant to work with. He was able to set up an appointment fairly quickly. He arrived on time (actually early). Explained all the options, and helped us decide what was best. All with a wry sense of humor. Did the job as requested -- on time and on budget.
