We bought some appliances from HD and they did not offer installations and so we were referred to this company. We could not get a date that worked for us, they were booked far ahead (which tells you how in demand they are) so we used another contractor to install some of the appliances as we needed them asap (cooktop, oven, etc). However they were charging way more than Paul but we didn't have a choice since we needed to cook. We finally got an appt that worked for us for today and Paul and one other guy installed our vent hood in 30m and they came at 7am! So now all our new appliances are installed and our kitchen is complete. Wish we could've used Paul for the other installations as well. Paul and his team come highly recommended from us and will be our go to for appliance installs going foward.

Paul and his crew helped me install a range hood, and later a cooktop which required cutting my corian countertop to fit the installation. Both jobs were done efficiently and done just right the first time. Communication from confirmation of the appointment, submitting an estimate, and final invoicing were done in a timely and smooth manner. It was so easy working with Paul and his crew. I highly recommend them, and I will definitely be using them again for my next appliance installation needs.

I'll add my 5-star rating to the chorus. For very reasonable fees, Bay Area Appliance came out to measure, advise, arrange a microwave trim kit from an outside supplier, come back and install. Everything was on time and beautifully finished. Nice people and excellent service from start to end.

Very responsive, helpful and good value! I called them and left a message and they returned my call the same day and scheduled the work within my timeframe and working with my calendar availability. Communication was great throughout the process and they showed up on time, were very efficient and fast with the work and were able to accommodate a weird kitchen setting with seamless and wonderful results.

BAAI is the best! Paul and his team installed a wall oven, stove vent and cooktop for us. Paul is professional, experienced, great trouble shooter and knowledgeable. There was great communication both times we used them with text messages the night before and morning of. They left the workspace neat and clean and took old appliances and packing with them for disposal. I highly recommend them!

I am very happy with my oven install. I replaced an existing oven so they had to make adjustments to the cabinet and wiring. Paul and his partner where very knowledgeable, professional and did a great job! They Clean up after themselves too! Would definitely use again

I'm a landlord in an older building and needed to replace a 27"" GE Drop-in Range. Anyone who has one of these knows that GE is the only one who makes a replacement and they're very expensive, but any other size requires changes to your cabinetry. I was able to get one at a significant discount, so I called up Paul to see about installation.

They were able to not only install the new range, but to also do the electrical work necessary to hook it up. The range needed to be wired directly to the junction box. They were in and out in about an hour. Paul says they've done a lot of these and can actually do conversions to cabinetry to allow a 30"" range. I've got a couple of more apartments with the same range, so when they go out, I'll likely call this company to do that work. Prices were reasonable. Recommended.
