Paul and his partner bailed me out of a situation. We had purchased a built-in refrigerator, only to have the delivery team leave it at our curb. I found Paul online. He was articulate and understood what needed to be done. He was gracious enough to fit me into his schedule. On the day of installation, he and his partner carefully brought the 600lb refrigerator into the house and installed it. My family is thrilled to have a working fridge again.

Paul and JB did a great job installing a new GE slide in range. It was a somewhat complicated install because the old range was a small drop-in. So the countertop, lower drawer, and part of a cabinet needed to be cut to make room for the new range. Also the old wiring needed to be replaced. I had the same positive experience as everyone else from yelp. Highly recommend. If you want the job done right call them - period.

Ok first I want to say these guys were right on time . After they pulled my old range hood off they noticed the old acrylic or Formica was behind the range hood . He told me that it would be a problem when my countertop guys go to install the new counters and back splash . He said but no problem I take care of it. He gets his power saw and cuts out the acrylic so the Range hood fits perfect and the counter guy won't have a problem taking everything out and not having an issue. This could have stopped the whole installation but not with these pros . He knew the solution right away. These guys are very smart and the best I have seen at problem solving. I will always use these guys in the future. Also he didn't charge me extra to remove the old acrylic back splash .

Paul was sharp, articulate and understood the problem. Even though he was booked out for 2 months, he was able to find a spot to fit me in. Paul proposed a solution and gave me an estimate range. I knew I was speaking with someone who knew his stuff. On the scheduled date, Paul and RB came on time, kept me up to date and performed a fantastic job. Paul and Bay Area Appliance personnel installed a new microwave for me. Covid-19 protocols procedures followed. They cover my stove while removing the old microwave and installing the new microwave. They vacuum up the area after the job was completed. They did a super job and was done before I knew it. Cost is affordable.
