Very dissatisfied !!! Owner told me I was a pain in ass . I called them to look @ hot water heater because I did business with them June of this year to replace hotwater heater. I have a leak in my garage. I thought could possibly have been from the hot water heater. I paid bay to bay $ 475.00 for a professional leak detection. 10-14-24 . 10-15-24 leak company came . 10-16-24 i called because i waited for someone to call yesterday afternoon no one called. I'm a pain n your ass and you out right over charged and straight out stole my money. I called leak detection companies 3 exactly $200 to $325. They mandated i pay them directly $475 . I am furious. I have no paperwork of the report don't know if i will get it. I understand everyone has emergency situations , too straight ignore me and when i call i'm ven the run around. You should have not excepted the job it you were unable to be fair n honest. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

I initially scheduled Bay 2 Bay to come help me confirm a leak I had going on. From what I suspected, it was a kitchen sewage drain line. They arrived early, confirmed what was going on, and gave me a reasonable estimate in short order. No one is happy to hear that something is going to be expensive, but the cost was very reasonable considering the amount of work needed. Zach and his brother Brian were very considerate, professional, and surprisingly clean with the work they did. They were even even able to accomodate my unpredictable work schedule by managing to get the job done the same day! I'd be remiss if I didn't mention that they did a superior job patching the wall after the fact than the last folks I'd had do plumbing work (installing a new drain line for my washing machine). I highly recommend Bay 2 Bay for your plumbing needs. They will be my first call the next time I need any sort of plumbing work, and they should be yours as well.

I had an outdoor faucet leak, I called for a free estimate & got an immediate response. Someone came out immediately to assist, gave us some economical options...we scheduled a follow up visit to repair the damage. Jack gave a reasonable estimate & repaired the damage w/in a couple of hrs. He even gave a military discount for my husband being a retired disabled veteran, which was very much appreciated, on our budget. Very pleased w/their promptness, professionalism & courtesy. I would highly recommend this company & now plan to refer them to all my neighbors & friends, as well as call for all future plumbing needs!

I decided to do a Yelp search to see if i can find a plumber to retrieve a piece of jewelry that fell down the drain ASAP. They advised they would come when i need them to (scheduled appointment) and wouldn't charge me till they accessed the situation. They were prompt and showed up right on time.
