Very dissatisfied !!! Owner told me I was a pain in ass . I called them to look @ hot water heater because I did business with them June of this year to replace hotwater heater. I have a leak in my garage. I thought could possibly have been from the hot water heater. I paid bay to bay $ 475.00 for a professional leak detection. 10-14-24 . 10-15-24 leak company came . 10-16-24 i called because i waited for someone to call yesterday afternoon no one called. I'm a pain n your ass and you out right over charged and straight out stole my money. I called leak detection companies 3 exactly $200 to $325. They mandated i pay them directly $475 . I am furious. I have no paperwork of the report don't know if i will get it. I understand everyone has emergency situations , too straight ignore me and when i call i'm ven the run around. You should have not excepted the job it you were unable to be fair n honest. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Need our water heater to be looked at. They came out the next day and were able to replace it on the spot. The men were very helpful and answered all questions. They're not cheap but they were quick and efficient and able to get us up and running within 1-2 hours.

I had an outdoor faucet leak, I called for a free estimate & got an immediate response. Someone came out immediately to assist, gave us some economical options...we scheduled a follow up visit to repair the damage. Jack gave a reasonable estimate & repaired the damage w/in a couple of hrs. He even gave a military discount for my husband being a retired disabled veteran, which was very much appreciated, on our budget. Very pleased w/their promptness, professionalism & courtesy. I would highly recommend this company & now plan to refer them to all my neighbors & friends, as well as call for all future plumbing needs!
