Called them for an issue with our water pressure. The first visit they did a flush on our pipes which didnt really fix anything, and we ended up paying full price ($600). Second visit- they came back to finish the job, and didnt charge us a cent. They were ethical, fair, and did a great job. We plan to use them again for future projects.

I got four bids for an electric hot water installation in my home, and Baxter was the highest by $500. Shop around!

I only give two stars because the plumber was nice. I had a screw that needed adjusting on my sink handle. It took him 2 minutes to tighten it and cost me 155 dollars. I said my problem over the phone and they were no help. She could have said, try getting small wrench and tighten it. But no. I blame myself for not calling around to other places. I will never call them again.

Had a horid smell coming from the crawl space. Got a referral from Priority One and gave these folks a call. They swung by and took a look. Thought maybe we had a cracked pipe or some septic issues.
They were nice, clean, and very knowledgeable. Identified the issue as the smell of dead rodents..thanks local cat for putting them in my crawlspace.
I sealed up the access point, and thanked them being honest.
He also took a look at our fixtures and pipes to make sure we were all ready for the season.

Accidentally dumped a bucket containing cleaning rags down the toilet, and called another (high yelp review) plumber out, who failed to clear the clog.
Travis from Baxter Plumbing arrived exactly on time, was kind and courteous, and not only did he clear the clog, he double checked (unlike the previous plumber) to make sure all the house water was draining properly. To top it off, he did a great job cleaning up after!
Thorough, knowledgeable work, at a price that wasn't that much more than the previous guy (who rushed the work, didn't have the proper equipment, and failed to fix the clog). Baxter Plumbing will be the next plumber I call, should in need more work in the future!

It's always such a pleasant surprise when you find a good service, and Baxter has proven to be just that. I called them out when a ""minor"" remodel proved a tad bit more difficult when the walls of a closet I wanted to move hid piping. The office staff was polite and able to get me on the schedule quickly. Aaron came out, spent a good amount of time discussing options and telling me what prep-work to do, later came out again and once more provided more advice by phone - all without charge. When he and an assistant came out to actually complete the work a week later, they were polite, did the work quickly and well, explained what they'd done clearly, cleaned up before they left, and the final bill was less than expected. Fantastic service all around and I highly recommend.

On time, fast and friendly (despite my two ill-behaved dogs). On top of that, the price for the job ended up being a little less that the original quote. Can't get much more positive than that.

Had a break at our meter box. Called several plumbers and connected to their voicemail, which is not something I like. When I called Baxter, a real person answered! She said they would have someone out in 2-3 hours. Their Serviceman arrived an hour early, quickly fixed the leak in an efficient manner, and was on his way! I am very impressed! I would recommend them again in a minute!

Having called several other plumbers to correct a septic hookup issue, I was Wowed from the moment I spoke to Emily on the phone, through the completion of the project by Travis.
I couldn't give a stronger personal recommendation!!

Because Baxter did a great job on my first problem, I asked for an estimate to install a code-compliant backflow preventer and whole-house on/off valve. The bid was timely and competitive. I also asked that they install a Rachio wireless flow meter that isn't well known yet in this area. The owner, Michael, and his team took the time to make sure it was installed per the directions from the company.
During the installation Aaron and Cooper were very professional and courteous to me and my wife. I am very happy with the work from Baxter and recommend you check them out for your project.
