Bautista did a good job for my difficult project!!!! I built two bathroom on first floor, since my property is new building there have post tension cables on the first floor, what is post tension cables? Post-tensioning involves placing prestressed steel ""tendons"" tightened once the concrete hardens. The additional stress of tightening compresses the concrete into its strongest state, ensuring it can support the external service loads (weight) once using the structure. It is soft cable when you digging floors concrete slab easily damaged the cables, once damaged it cost a lot money to fix it...

Is difficult for me looking a professional person doing my job, most people don't know what is that, I found 5 companies doing the quotations, but 5 companies don't have experience on it and no confidence doing my job until I found Bautista...he have 9 years experience doing this completed work , Bautista see my project tell me how much doing my job, since I can felt his confidence, and gave me a fair price! I know he is the right person that are I am looking for... beside his profession he also very humble and nice people .
His excellence job also surprised to my architecture engineer and city inspector engineer, because people know this is a hard job!!!! You can check those pictures and see the post tension cables... perfectly on the side of the concrete slab , .... I am strongly recommending he to others!!! And want to said thank you for solving my problem.

Where do I start, We had quite a few family members from out of town and in the first night our bathtub became clogged, late around 10:30pm. Rolando responded quickly and offered to come by late to make sure the problem was taken care of. After Rolando arrived and after inspection he found that the old cast iron pipes were corroded and plugged up and rotting. He stayed and work until 2am trying to fix it but was not lucky. We had to have our entire plumbing under the house replaced.

After his extremely fair estimate we hired him for the job. He came back the next day and had our entire home re-plumbed in less than two days. He took before and after videos and photos and took all the old plumbing to the dumps for me. I would absolutely recommend his services and will be using him for any plumbing needs going forward. Super polite and friendly and love that he brings his young son and is teaching him the trade and a good work ethic.

Darvin contacted me directly after my request on a Friday. I had a rusted toilet flange on my concrete slab. A bigger job than I could fix. He came by that day to provide a quote for the job. He scheduled the fix for Monday. He called on Monday to keep me up to date regarding his arrival and completed the job and installed a new toilet within hours. So far so happy with his work.
At this point we hope to not need a plumber again but we would call him again if necessary.

The short: honest, reliable, communicative

The long:

Returning to my house in Point Reyes on a Friday evening after a long trip, I found that my toilet was leaking after every flush. Worried about damaging my walls and floor, I called about a dozen plumbers and no one was interested in helping me. I called Bautista and he offered to come and replace my 20 year old toilet for $650. It's possible it could have been fixed, but I live about 1.5 hours from the nearest hardware store open on the weekends. Replacing the entire toilet seemed the option that would give me a usable toilet. He and his apprentice came in, were clean, neat, tidy and respectful, and replaced my toilet in about an hour and a half. I especially appreciate that he's based in Oakland and drove an hour and a half to do this work. I think it's a very fair price for all of his time and effort.
