Seems like they take on more than they can handle..I had a estimate scheduled and bauer no showed. No big deal with al the plumbing company's in the area but worth noting

Very professional company. They took a very bad water leak situation at my house and found me the best possible solution for my older home. They even had extra guys come help as the day went on to make sure the job was finished in one day and I could have my water turned back on. Stayed in the budget I was quoted and finished very quickly. They will definitely have all my business from here on out! I 100% recommend this company.

I am struggling with esophageal cancer, and live right down the road from their office. I needed to install a couple of new sink faucets (already purchased). Normally, I would do this myself easily- but I am incapacitated from such work at the time, and we had previously given them much larger jobs. My wife is a realtor, and was also talking up their service with clients... but that will all cease.! They said- of course we'll help- but when the tech got here, he gave me a ridiculous bid, and it was quite clear he did not want to do the work. Sadly, we will be bidding adieu to the Bour boys, and continue looking for a plumbing service that feels like a friend we can trust
