Completely unprofessional and unreliable company. Contacted them two weeks ago for a backflow test; they assured me they would be in either the next day or the day after. Never showed, no call explaining what was going on, nothing. Called again yesterday to see what was going on and was assured that they would be in by 1 pm. 1 pm comes and goes, again no call or explanation or anything. After a few hours I call again to see what was going on and leave a message. No response. Then this morning I give them another call and they have the audacity to ignore my call. Would not recommend.

We called Baumann Plumbing with a clogged drain issue we couldn't fix ourselves. I gave them a call late in the day and they said someone would be out the next morning by 8:30 am. Very quick turnaround compared to other companies I called. Sure enough... Gary showed up to help resolve the issue. He was very professional, friendly, and fixed our problem in under an hour. Baumann will now ALWAYS be our first call when we need a plumber. A big thank you to Gary for excellent service and a quick fix at a reasonable price!

If you are in need of a plumber, please give them a call! They are highly professional, do not push to fix anything that doesn't need to be fixed and have extremely reasonable prices. They were also able to get us on the schedule for 2 days after we called. Everyone else was 2+ weeks.
