I have used this company for 15 years for all my rental homes. New owners in 2023 ""Jeff The Plumber"" took over and service is substandard. Did not install a replacement water heater to local plumbing and electrical codes; turned water back on at house upon leaving without checking for leaks. Water from main valve leaked profusely onto the basement floor until I came the next day to tighten the valve's packing nut to stop the leak. Did not clean up area around new installation; did not secure pipes to overhead beams; used shark-bite connections rather than soldering the pipes; would not install the braided flex lines I purchased from them until I complained. Had to have contractor come back the next day to repair the shoddy work. No longer recommended.

Very poor customer service. They were to have come from 3-5 one day. They did not come or call. When I called the next day I was told I would have to reschedule rather than to remain on the list and get a call the next day. When I questioned that the person on the phone suggested I get someone else.

Horrible customer service. They cost us an extra $500 because the job was not done when promised and we had to pay for 3 nights of hotel.
They refuse to reimburse us and even tho we used them before and were repeat customers, they didnt care.
They were beyond rude and disrespectful on the phone.
I will be taking my business elsewhere.
