The owners, James and John Bauer, hold Master Plumber licenses upholding the family heritage passed down from their Father, Uncle, Grandfather, and Great-Grandfather. Currently, their children are starting their paths as Apprentice plumbers and learning from our experienced team of Journeyman and Master plumbers. We are building a strong foundation for the next generation to carry on the same high-quality service we have delivered for over 125 years.

The first time, I left specific instructions, and when I came home from work only half of the job was done and he had already left. So we had to get a different company to finish the job. The second time they did a few things but said they couldn't fix the problem completely. And what he needed up doing made the issue worse. In addition, they were unprofessional on the phone, and canceled on us.
