We called the company and explained that the toilet handle was broken and needed replaced. When the serviceman finally arrived he was unable to fix the commode because he didn't have the handle and had to go back and get one. He installed a very cheap looking plastic handle and then the toilet ran all the time. We were charged over $100. We fixed it ourselves which we should have done in the first place.

My normal plumber was tied up so I made an appointment with this company to re-hook up my granite island pantry sink. My other plumber charged me $95 to re-install my double sink and disposal. These guys charged me $199 and managed to break my disposal on/off switch. It took them over an hour and a half what took only 20 minutes. They sell you stuff you do not need saying """"I only work with metal traps.' They were very nice, but they clearly had no idea how to re-install a sink. They kept pulling on my disposal cord until I showed them how to get it apart. They were getting ready to leave and the faucet was hanging over into the sink. They said they didn't have the part so they were done. I asked if they had looked in the box. There it was and finally got fixed. As an Architect I found it hard to believe that they were real plumbers. Avoid.

I would advise staying away from these guys. They do poor quality work and do not stand behind it. They """"fixed"""" an issue that I had on Friday then charged me overtime rates to come """"fix"""" it again on Saturday. Shady at best. Find another plumber, there are plenty of honest ones out there.
